The hospitality here is fantastic and we especially appreciated Karim’s help! Miriam made us feel so welcome the first evening and helped us get a feel for Morocco as it was our first time. The riad is clean and in a great location. You’re just minutes away from all the main attractions in the city center. Great stay!

We are Portugues so we misses bread, everything was very sweet. The fact that they informed that there was no key to lock the room, made me a little confusion, but everything worked ok, we actually felt safe, but you never know Who could be sharing the riad with us.

I like the security, the welcome, the location, the fruit Juice, the tea, the cleaness.

Our hosts were fantastic. We were made to feel welcome. Nothing was a problem to them. Zack was such a nice young man with good English and always helpful. Location in tge Madima was good.

The communal area could do with a bit of sprucing up and maybe a few more lights. It was a bit gloomy at night.

Great value for money, ideal location and excellent service. Ahmed did everything he could to make sure we enjoyed our stay, and was lovely to talk to each day about our plans. Comfy bed, great bathroom, lots of clean towels, good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

We unfortunately had a room that was right on the riad reception area so wasn't at all private. We could hear everything in the morning, when the team were prepping breakfast and guests eating. Additionally, our room was quite dark - with little natural light (definitely could have used a few more lamps!). Because of the location of our room, we couldn't open any of the internal windows that we had, which meant we got little to no fresh air. Breakfast was pretty good - some nice pancakes and pastry's. Would have liked more savoury options. The location is ok if you want to be a bit away from the main square in the medina, but we felt it was a little eery walking home at night. Not many food spots near by that took our fancy. The rooftop was great for an afternoon in the sun, but didn't have much of a view of the square like others.

Riad Bkan is a good spot if you are checking out Marrakesh. It had all the basics covered, clean and tidy. The ladies who cleaned and made breakfast were really sweet, they didn't speak much English, so we really appreciated the effort they went to to help us when we had questions!

Attention to the customer. You can't not be at home when a guest arrives, and have them waiting outside after a 12-hour flight. When you set a time for breakfast, breakfast should be ready at that time. Very slow internet

We loved everything about the Riad, from the breakfast in the morning (extra delicious) to the late night chats with the staff. They went far and beyond to help us when we needed them and they respected our intimacy while being also close as a family. We strongly recommend this riad above all the others, they are just the best!!
