Asma at the reception was very welcoming and helpful and Mustafa who also works there was very helpful. The interiors of the riad was superbly well maintained giving you a feel of living in the olden homes of tetoun along with the modern amenities. We really enjoyed the authentic breakfast served at the riad. Whenever I go again will definitely again stay at Blanco riad for sure

The staff usually seemed nervous around us, which was perhaps the result of limited English fluency.

The location at the border between the medina and the new city was very convenient. Having a good restaurant at the hotel was also a plus. And the bathroom was large.

Being in the heart of a city means that you get some noise during the early morning.

The Riad was lovely and had a very traditional and authentic feel. The inner courtyard was beautiful and we found the hotel a peaceful retreat from the hectic city. The hotel was very centrally located within the historic medina. The restaurant was lovely and the breakfasts a great start to the day. Our room was large with an amazing shower.

The welcome we received was a little chaotic, as a large and loud tour group was leaving just as we arrived.

The Riad is beautiful. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated. The Riad is also in a very good position inside the Medina, but not far from one of the main gates.

A real gem just inside the ancient Medina. The Riad was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nice cotton sheets and fluffy towels, excellent shower. The roof top terrace is a nice place to sit and cool down in the evening.

It was perfect

Such a beautiful place. Near a main area for restaurants and shopping. The people there helped us plan each day and really went above and beyond. The food was amazing there also. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We liked everything.

The riad was lovely and conveniently located downtown. The staff were kind; the breakfast portions were generous and the food was delicious; and the laundry service was inexpensive and prompt.

The hotel building was beautiful, very well located. The decoration of the room was fantastic. The lady in the reception was so friendly and provided all the information we needed to move around Tetouan; she speaks perfect Spanish

A beautiful, elegant Riad in Tetouan's ancient Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Blanco Riad has a beautiful central courtyard, friendly and helpful staff (particularly Said and Asma). Said came to met us at our taxi and helped bring our bags to the Riad when we arrived (and reversed when we left), he also led us to a hammam in the Medina. Our room was gorgeous - with a beautiful tiled floor, decorative arches and a very comfortable bed. Two lovely nooks to sit in to read and relax. Beautiful communal interior spaces and outdoor garden with fountains. The Riad's restaurant is open from morning thru late in the evening. The food is delicious! (We had a late lunch and dinner at the Riad and breakfast). We loved our stay - it was such a beautiful base from which to explore the beautiful city of Tetouan.

Perfect location and wondeful staff who took care of us very well. We really enjoyed being guest. The room was also very comfortable and clean. Dinner & breakfast were excellent.

The bed was hard, the pillows were lumpy. I didn't like dinner, not very tasty. My room looked at a wall, no view.

The staff was very nice, and helpful. It is an attractive old riad, with indoor/outdoor dining, and a pretty terrace. It has a nice shower.

We had a bad coincidence that our air condition was not working resulting in a sleepless hot night. However, we were offered in the middle of the night with another small room, plus the non-working air condition was fixed professionally on the next day and they were even generous to imburse us with some costs on top. If you come with the car, bear in mind that you cannot reach the Riad directly with the car but have to park few hundred meters away and walk the distance. The Riad is located in a quite narrow lane which is a bit hard to find.

Very nicely styled and clean Riad in the city center of the old town (Medina) of the city. We had a family suite for 4 persons which was huge and very nicely decorated. The Riad has a fantastic authentic style and is very well-maintained. The owners and the service staff are very friendly. A good breakfast with fresh juices is served in the courtyard and comes typically for Riads in Morocco, not as a buffet but pre-arranged.

Location was poorly reachable with the car, so you have to walk a bit with heavy baggage
