The restaurant didn’t have spoons, every day the breakfast was the exact same or sometimes even less than the other days, the salt was dirty and when you open the lid you can see how unclean the salt containers are. The hotel rooms first look is not appealing. The staff are all kind however they take very long when ordering from the pool, I asked for ketchup with my meal and they forgot to bring it, I had finished my meal by the time they came back as I didn’t want it to be left to get cold. The bedroom lights are very dark and there’s only two small bedside lights in the bedroom, no big bright light. Utensils at breakfast was never always available and had to be asked for most of the time, the spa was not able to do my family of four at once as they said they would get tired doing all four of us together and that we could only use the spa if we were separated into two different days. There is no cover for the shower you have to lock the entire bathroom door, this is not so bad as there is a bathroom in a separate room however the sink is in the shower room. The blankets seem unwashed as they smelt used, id recommend if you ask for washed ones as they have not been washed.

The swimming pool was good, staff cleaned rooms daily if needed, with new towels, every single staff member is good and kind no matter what department. The Rooms were spacious the air conditioning is good. The shower water pressure is good.

The hotel is run down and very noisy and it’s right next to a construction site.

The room was spacious but the best part of the hotel was the restaurant and especially the food selection on the menu as well as the service. Idar was so nice and made us feel very well taken care of.

There's loads of things.. mainly, the door key stopped working like all the time. The amount of time we got locked out of our room I could have spent is ridiculous. They kept making excuses. Anything you want.. have to ask again and again. Pictures did not match the hotel. The swimming pool water did not get filtered all the time. Breakfast was not all that.

I liked that we were near the beach.. had a pool and supplies of towels and everything. I liked the parking available and the cleaning staff were helpful better than reception.

Wouldn't class the hotel as 4 stars, unfortunately. Waited 3 hours to get in our room as it was being cleaned. Only to find they had just made the beds and not changed the sheets, still had dirty sheets on from previous occupants, which had blood and yellow stains on them. Asked for these to be changed. Still not changed 5 hours later said they would change the next day. Eventually changed after asking multiple times. Breakfast was basic, breads, carrot juice, beetroot juice, meat, boiled egg, and omelette. No kettle in room and no iron in the whole of the hotel so make sure you take your own. No communication upon leaving, handed cards in, no thankyou nothing, it's like the staff cannot be bothered with guests. Service very slow Sadly false advertising of room. States it has speedy check in, breakfast in room, hairdryer. No hairdryer as this was missing. Said they don't do breakfast in room. No speedy check in.

service at the hotel was pretty slow, especially at dinner. the hotel is in a bit of a random location with nothing around it, it is like a derelict building site, so not great to walk around especially. Breakfast was reasonable.

rooms were extremely big and had a lot of space for 2 x people, really happy with the size and also very clean so no issues there. location close to beach, around 10-15 minute walk which was useful. easy to get taxi's from hotel.

Breakfast was a bit boring. Every day the same and the bake-off bread was not good. First days we didn't even know there were fresh Moroccan pancakes (msamen) available. Too bad!!

The swimming pool and atmosphere were oke. The kids enjoyed themselves. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy.

This is not a 4* hotel from my point of view. Prices for accommodation may look low, but the low rating on Booking.com is right. It is just not what you expect from a 4* hotel , for us went really odd from the moment we checked in. Basic services, that's all , everything else is extra to be charged if taken . Quite pricey for something else if you want them , same level with Paris City centre prices

Ordered pasta with chicken and mushroom. It was definitely old ams got microwave heated. Mattresses was hard and lumpy.

Gluten free options were non existent. One of the rooms was right next to the rooftop bar, which made sleeping awful (room 4030) as music was loud every night

No tea and coffe facility in the room, weak wifi also shower room could be improved as water ends up on floor due to lack of shower screen.

Staff was amazing alwatys ready to help, our room was very good- nice size with a lovely view. The restaurant was good with a variety of food, garden and pool were also nice and clean.

Rooms were cleaned every day briefly by housekeeping, but they obviously haven't been deep cleaned in a while, I found the counter tops and clothes rails quite sticky, to be honest and also dusty in places. The hotel is pretty dated. It could use a bit of updating, and I felt like there was an odd smell when you walked through into reception. I feel like the hotel has the potential to be better and cleaner. I wouldn't rate it as 4 star. It is more 3 star, to be honest.

Staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to be helpful, they also very kindly gave us a complimentary room upgrade. Breakfast was very average, it could be better in regards to the quality of the food. Make sure you ask for an Omelette/ Fried eggs as the boiled eggs aren't great but the Omlette was excellent. The hotel is quite a walk from the beach and marina (around 45 minutes) Agadir Bay is close though and offers a range of restaurants and cafes.

The hair dryer did not work. The bathroom is terrible. Wear and tear on everything. Definitely not suitable for a 4* hotel. Breakfast is nothing special. Cold pool. Towels are not white, but gray. The rooms smell of cigarettes.
