Suurbritannia10 arvustust5 hinnatud abistavaks„Avoid at all costs”Gentleman at reception was unaware of our booking when we arrived, however, he did find the booking and was very helpfull sorting out all the issues we incurred. The Apt.is located in what is virtually an incompleted construction site this is not advised on the web site and so shound not be available for rentals. The site details air con. is available this is not correct as it has not been connected!!! It also details a swimming pool but it has no water!!! The Apt.did not have water available initially as it had been turned off by the on site builders as they were not aware of any guests in that block!! The Apt. did not have Toilet rolls/ cups/ a kettle. The shutter in the lounge did not operate.No night stands / bedside lockers in the bedroom. A previous guests underware was left in the wardrobe of the second bedroom. Parking very difficult as it is on a very steep slope. Unable to get a Vauxhall Astra into the car park due to the incline and the " skirts" being scratched. No reception area available nor post box to leave the keys on drparture @ 9 am. we had to wedge them under the shutter of the office.!!!! A totally unsatisfactory and upsetting experience for which I believe as a booking.com regular "genius" customer we should be re-imbursed. Photo 1 pool no water, / photo 2 air con not connected / photo 3 previous guests underwear left in wardrobe which had obviously not been checked!!!
Apt.linen was clean.
