The staff was helpful and nice. They tried to help whatever complaints we had. (And we had a lot.)

At first we had multiple issues with cleanliness. The blanket was spotted, the floor was sandy, the toilet seat was visibly scratched, it was hard to tell if it was clean. The bin didn’t have bag, even though we had to throw dirty toilet paper there. When we complained, they fixed these. However we could hardly sleep on most nights since the local kids were shouting and scootering right under the window up until 2-3am(!!!). Since there was no air-con, we had to open the window. In fact, we couldn’t even sleep at closed windows, because it was so loud.

The Stay was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The place was super clean and comfortable. I’d definitely book again without a second thought. The owner and stuff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you 😀

Everything about this hostel is just amazing. A big thank to all the staff there without exception. They are very kind, welcoming and helpful. The rooftop has a nice view and it's very cozy at night. I stayed for 9 nights and I really I couldn't leave.

On the positive side, the staff working in the kitchen were really friendly and helpful, and the location is great — very close to the beach. With some small improvements, this place could be much better.

I stayed at Cozy Surf House and was a bit disappointed by some basic amenities. There were no lockers to store personal belongings, no toilet paper or soap, and no clothes hook or tie in the shower. It was also hard to find the place since there was no visible sign or name on the building.

I loved my stay at cozy. Clean, comfortable, spacious and friendly staff.

The private double room was comfortable. The cleaning lady was nice and there was a washing machine for 40dhms. Good rooftop area.

Other people staying were so noisy after midnight, no staff on sight to tell them to be quiet, the doors bang really loudly and the whole building very echoey. Had one decent night sleep out of four.

The hostel itself is nice – good location, cozy common areas, and an overall pleasant atmosphere. It’s a good spot to relax after exploring, and the space is well-kept.

Unfortunately, the experience with the cleaning lady really brought the vibe down. Although the hostel says there’s a shared kitchen, it’s practically off-limits. She sits there most of the time and gets visibly annoyed when guests try to use it. She sighs, makes comments, and clearly acts like you’re disturbing her – it’s super uncomfortable and quite strange. Definitely something the hostel should look into.

The team is friendly and responsive. They helped to arrange a taxi to the airport on the last day. There was a bit of misunderstanding about the breakfast on the first day, but it was quickly solved.

1. There was no hot water throughout my 3-day stay. 2. The soundproofing is very poor — you can hear everything from neighbors and the street. 3. The curtains don’t block the light properly, and streetlights shine in all night, making it hard to sleep. 4. Only one towel was provided, with no soap or shampoo. The towel smelled of humidity by the second day, which isn’t ideal, especially with no hot water.

Prices for transfers and activities are not consistent. They forgot to pick me up from the airport. I was charged for a surf guide who pointed me where to surf, no real guidance.

The view from the roof and the couch in the upper floor were really beautiful. The owner provided us surf lesson for 30 euro/person, which was great and the teacher taught us how to surf in one day.

We wanted to rent a surf, but the owner said that the shop they cooperate with is closed. My soft drink was stolen from the fridge, my swimming shorts disappeared and then when I contacted the owner of the appartment, whey managed to find the swimming shorts, but since then I was afraid to hang my clothes on the roof (where the clothesline was). The room had a strange smell, and throught the doors you could hear everything, what was happening in the building. It was our worst accomodation during our Morocco trip. The accomodation is quite far from the sea - about 400-500 metres to the beach.

Room for the price was very good, toilet a bit smelly but nothing too extreme. The boss of the hostel is very welcoming and nice. Terrace amazing too

The kitchen and amenities were not clean at all, however they were passable regarding the price. Location was OK, the hill is a bit steep

Great stay! The room was suitable and the rooftop was a really great addition, gorgeous view and great place to do work/ read a book. Ayoub were very friendly and organised cabs and breakfast for us!
