Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThe hallway to the apartment looks quite dirty, which had us worried when we entered the building. The mattresses are not very comfortable and the bedsheet material as well. I would have liked the bathroom to be cleaner.
Plenty of space, perfect for 2-3 people, well equipped apartment. Economic, good value for the money we have paid.

the accommodation was great and very clean the only thing I needed was a fan which I am used to it while sleeping so I bought one for myself and after I finish my stay I took my friend with me so I request the flat owner to keep one fan at least at the accommodation for the convenience of the customer other than that everything was perfect

GermanyWe stayed there for 2 days. On our day of check-out we left early than 12pm. But since we had to pay, i have to return back along my wife. When i reached the apartment suprisingly i found the owner of the house along another man waiting for us. When we entered the apartment, the owner was rude and was arguing with my wife. I tried to speak with him in english, he told me am in his country and i should speak in Arabic. That was a rascit comment. Then he kept arguing with my wife who is a morrocan until she cried and shouted at him and she went to windows and shouted. He locked the apartment and forced us to pay him 15€ ( 150 MAD ) as a cleaning fee. City tax of 12€ was seprate. I recorded the video so do my wife recorded the whole conversation of him arguing with us. Basically we were scammed. Moreover there is no Elevator in the building, its very old building in a dirty neighbourhood called RAWDAH. furthermore this guy kept asking my wife id card. Also he took my passport and german id card as well as marriage certificate. This was something strange provided no one else ever asked me for these documents although i stayed in two apartments in Park in Mohammedia plus many other apartments in Saudi. He even called me a day before our check-out and talked to my wife in rude way and told her am seeing everything. ( he placed a Motion-sensor camera at the main door of the apartment) invading peoples privacy!!! You can see in the photo he is holding the keys of the apartment and my wife standing at the door which he opened after we paid him a total of 15€ + 12€ = 27 euros. 15€ he scammed us saying its a cleaning maid fee! This was the worst nightmare of my life. We recently got married and had to face this horror. I wish i can upload the video where my wife was crying and shouting and also the voice clips. I can provide all the evidences from video and voice clips to whatsapp chat with this guy. Save yourself and your family and your trip from this nightmare.
Well the apartment was enough for us. So we liked the size of it.
