Absolutely Amazing! Loved everything about the stay here!

Nothing major but lighting could be a bit brighter, rubbish bin lid was broken and the portico roof the window looks out over needs to be cleaned up as it spoilt the view somewhat.

Great location - had room with view of square which was great as I could still watch and hear all the activity from the peace of my room. Right in the middle of the Medina so everything is accessible. Sound proofed windows. Good sized room. Nice hotel. Quiet. Rooms cleaned and left nicely. Polite attendants. Taxis easily available outside in the morning.

Quick check-in, great location, cleanliness, and most of all- friendly approachable staff. Security and receptionist were really helpful and always available if needed. I had hammam and massage at the spa. It was an amazing experience. Thank you Kholood and Zahira for the amazing spa experience.

You literally live in Marrakesh's Souq market, which is an excellent location. Despite living near the market, there were no disturbances from our room. There were 24-hour security guards and CCTV cameras, and the guards were both friendly and helpful, making you feel secure. Mohammed greeted us on our first day and was very kind. Always available if you require assistance or have queries. Overall, I definitely recommend if you are visiting Marrakesh for shopping and activities.

This property is so close to the main square and all the souks. The staff are amazing and so helpful. The hammam and spa are fantastic and the girls were so professional.

The location was perfect, on the doorstep of the hustle and bustle of Jamaa el fna square but yet as you step into the room in to quite space. Room was cleaned every day of our stay, great relaxed room to kick back and watch movies on Prime. My Wife enjoyed the treatments on offer, it was reinvigurating. It felt safe knowing security was always around, even when I go to fajr prayer at 5am. Breakfast was at a restaurant around the corner Le Samovar, really enjoyed it every morning and the have really good ice cream if you want desserts in the evening.

The only thing I have to mention is that the beds were stiff, and hard. But that is my preference, to have a comfy bed.

It is clean and in the middle of the action!! Even though our room was in front of the plaza, no noise was heard. The staff were super attentive and we had a great breakfast every morning!!

Fantastic location and lovely staff who went above and beyond. One of our tour guides did not turn up and the reception staff not only contacted the company for us but then took us to the company (a 10 minute walk away) where we managed to join the next tour. Hugely appreciated as we wouldn’t have managed to do the desert safari had it not been for the staff taking the time out to help us.

Our room was facing the Jemaa El Fna square so it was quite noisy at night, despite the double glazed window and the extra exterior window. I believe the hosts decided to give us this particular room as premium, but if we were informed about the noise we would have chosen another one

The stay was fabulous. Good location with walking distances to most sightseeings and good taxi links to get further. At the heart of Medina where the square is at your doorstep but still doesn't disturb the sleep. We also had SPA and it was fabulous experience from massage to hammas. And the girls at spa are great too.

location a stone's throw from jemaa el fna. although close but very quiet. clean room, comfortable bed, welcome drink morrocan tea and biscuits. staff help carry luggage to the 1st floor. highly recommend this hotel.

I honestly can't really complain. Some of the towels have seen better days and should probably be retired. Some water every day also be nice butvits cheap to buy right outside. I have a sensitive nose, and there is this fragrance they use (it's a pleasant scent just high dose) might be an oil/incese burnt in the room which i found overpowering. On the second day I asked them not to use it, and they complied, and that sorted it for me. Just to help other travellers: Come with the expectation that noise from the square will reach you at all times, not much the property can do there. It's very close and convenient so kind of a trade off. Taxis arent allowed to enter the square after a certain hour so you will likely be dropped outside, the alleyway to get there is a bit nerve-wracking but just keep walking it's safe and the people you see are for the other hotels.

It was a great location just off the square and central in the Medina. The place met our expectations. The staff were really lovely and helpful and credit to Abdallah, who was also really friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They are also very responsive and accomodating to messages sent through the platform. The room was big enough with a wardrobe and a separate ensuite bathroom, I especially enjoyed the big shower head though the pressure was light, the temperature was good. The breakfast has no meat but it was also good. Daily cleaning and refreshing of towels also good. Bed was alright. The rooftop terrace was also airy and nice to sit, comfortable chairs and loungers and greenery, and chat on and hear the sounds from the square. We forgot our extension cable and adapter when leaving and were able to come back for them 3 days after checking out which was very nice and appreciated. Google maps took us right to the door (walking) which was nice as the taxi dropped us at the gate of the square.
