There was little privacy in our room as the windows faced directly onto the house opposite, where, unfortunately, construction work was in progress. The building was very close, so the workers could see straight into the room. As a result, we had to keep the curtains closed, which made the room quite dark and poorly ventilated. Maybe we were just unlucky! Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was low, and it was difficult to get a proper mix of hot and cold water.

The riad was clean, and the owner along with all the staff were amazing—very kind and caring. We really enjoyed the breakfast! The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance.

Staying at Dar 14 Marrakech was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was nothing short of outstanding. There are very few complaints, i would highly recommend this place

Excellent breakfast at suhoor time; we went in Ramadan so were fasting, and the host made us breakfast much earlier daily. The hosts were so friendly and hospitable and kind. The entire dar was beautiful and comfortable.

The cleanliness could have been better and food hygiene as I found multiple hairs in my breakfast on the last day. You can hear everything coming from inside the riad because of thin walls so bring ear plugs or headphones as some guests aren’t respectful of keeping noise down. Water in the showers was hit or miss (too hot/too cold, sometimes no water coming out of the shower head)

The staff were extremely welcoming. Good breakfast consisting of bread, tea/coffee, jams and yogurt and pancakes. Probably not one for picky eaters but it was good for me. The overall interior was very interesting and different to the western culture, I loved it.

Breakfast is not on a rooftop and breakfast location was cold in December.

Comfortable bed, big room, good heating with the air conditioner (it was tricky to set up for heating, so make sure you set up at check in). Very good breakfast. I liked the location, because this is near to a road and taxi can bring you near to the riad and also near to cafe clock. This is not near to the big square.

Due to the earthquake it's challenging to get to the property. That being said, the owner made sure his staff would walk us to the property from the main entrance.

Amazing hospitality and detail to attention. The owner and staff went out of their way to ensure everything was amazing and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay!! I would highly recommend it 100%

Hotel location was 6 minute walk from the gate. And the riad manager, Ayoub Zagora, met us at the gate to help with our luggage. He was friendly and so helpful in arranging experiences for us--and very memorable experiences they were. Ayoub would check on us periodically to make sure we were enjoying our excursions. He made our visit to Marrakesh very enjoyable and we are so appreciative! The riad was beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Shower head was a bit clogged, but it wasn't a big issue. Location is good, but it's a bit hidden. The main issue for me was the nearby mosque with its alarm 5x a day. It was a bit much, but not too terrible either.

Staff was great. Atma is a great guy, very helpful. The ladies that served us breakfast were also really kind and considerate. They all made my stay very comfortable. Beds were comfortable, room was spatious and clean.

Everything starting from the warm energy of the place to the friendliness of the staff working there. The place has such an amazing & rather intellictual guy "Abdu" or "Abdel Ella'h" who speaks many languages & enjoys helping his guests with everything & making sure that the guests are happy & comfortable. I was lucky enough as I was told by both Abdo & Yassin "the owner" that I was the first client via Booking.com & that they wish I bring them good luck :))) The place is close to all the special places in the town, so no need to worry about reaching any place there. Thanks again to Yassin, Janice, & Abdo as well as the great sister who makes a great breakfast every morning. I am looking forward to repeat my visit to your place, greetings from Cairo, Egypt!

When we first arrived, the Riad was closed, we waited for a while for someone to arrive. There was a plumbing problem at the riad. The shower head was broken. The room was very dusty. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

The terrace was very beautiful. Location is great.
