Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThey do attention to detail in a big way- there is nothing to complain about.
Excellent location, very peaceful and easy access to taxis. Right next to Bahia palace was a bonus. A modern, very stylish Riad, with beautiful Moroccan accents. There is a feeling of serenity and grace throughout this establishment, with exquisite design touches. Spotlessly clean throughout, and the rooms were spacious. Excellent showers and thick towels as well as the bedding. Above all, the hosts were very kind, and eager to assist. All staff members treated as family and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and delightful. Even small gestures as turning on the fountain for us, playing mesmerising music, meeting our dietary needs, cooking for us, providing us with teas. We truly felt at home. I appreciated very much their assistance with securing a taxi for the airport.

DenmarkWe had to change rooms for the last day, and the first room was wonderful! However the second room had some issues with a toilet door that couldn’t close and a wet floor due to bad drainage. They had just renovated every room, so minor issues which they are gonna fix with time.
The breakfast was delicious and came in good portions, changing something daily, so you didn’t grew tired of the meal. The staff was always smiling and ready to help, seeing to ones needs.

United StatesI loved the huge bathroom sinks and the fluffy robes, but the toilet is tucked away in a small, separate space that feels almost like a little broom closet when the door is closed.
I only stayed one night here, checking in late and leaving early, so I didn’t get the full experience. However, my room was beautiful, and the fresh roses were a thoughtful, charming touch.

United KingdomThe room was a bit small, with no space to rest other than the bed…
I loved the terrace and the overall “zen” vibe of the Riad. Everything was clean and modern. Breakfast was very nice with fresh fruit and yogurt and good quality bread and pancakes! The location is very central but in a quiet street, there’s some local shops in a street behind which were quite handy and authentic. The room is modern and with a very comfy bed and the bathroom is very spacious.

South AfricaThere is no kettle or fridge in the room. There is not much privacy as all rooms face each other with glass window and door. You have to keep the curtains closed which feels a bit dark.
We booked 2 rooms at Riad Dar 73 for 3 nights. We all enjoyed our stay. The rooms are modern and the interior decorating is lovely. The breakfast and coffee was good..we enjoyed the pancakes. The staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs. It about a 15 minute walk through the spice alleys to the square. We parked our car near the palace so it wasn’t too much of a walk with our luggage. Very good aircon. Loved the fresh roses in the room. Small pool was nice to cool off.

FinlandAmin was super nice and helpful. The owner is a lovely lady who has designed and decorated the riad with great taste. The hammam was a wonderful experience. Our room was excellent. We loved spending time on the rooftop terrace. Great that this was within walking distance to Bahia Palace and Jmaa el Fna. Also close to the riad we had an amazing moroccon dinner at restaurant La Tanjia.

SpainNot easy to find in google maps, so we struggled to arrive in first place. Our room didn’t have ventilation, and because the shower was open, there was a constant humidity in the air
The place is stunning, quiet, clean and everyone was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend

PortugalAlthough the location was good, don't be alarmed by the fact that you are dropped at the end of rather a insalubrious alley where you have to follow someone to be taken to the front door opposite some earthquake affected buildings. On our arrival we were rather taken back. The breakfast, whilst fresh and tasty did not offer any alternatives. During our 4 nights stay we had no eggs which we missed. My husband was not impressed at all with the coffee which was disappointing as in most cafes etc it was cheap and delicious. The only other slight negative was the size of the pool. Whilst we had read that it was quite small, think more of it as somewhere to dip your feet and body to cool down rather than somewhere to swim.
Road Dar 73 was the perfect base to explore Marrakech. A short walk takes you into the miriad of narrow alleys to explore the Medina. The staff are welcoming and informative and the cleaning staff super, creating beautiful rose petal masterpieces on the bed each morning! The breakfast was tasty and freshly made. A small but cosy area is available to relax in the sunshine or shade on the terrace. Whilst we didn't take advantage, there is wine and spirits readily available to buy at the Riad which is a bonus. The bedroom was quiet and blackout was good. Some people have commented that the rooms are small. We would disagree...narrow, yes with little space either side of the bed BUT long with a double walk-in shower which was delightful! Overall, an excellent stay and a perfect base from which to explore the wonders of this country!

SpainWe liked everything, there was nothing wrong with the place.
We arrived late at night, we had to walk there through the back streets as to most of the riads you cant get by car. The driver dropped us next to the police station and put on our google map the direction which was accurate and in few minutes we were in our Riad. There in few minutes we got our room which was clean, the bed was decorated, late at night there was enough hot water to shower. The place is very quiet. The breakfast was really great, everything fresh, not like in big hotels where you have lots of choice but kind of breakfast made with love. The main square is like 15 min comfortable walk, there we got lost during the whole day. At night we decided to eat in the Riad, we didnt book the dinner but there was no problem, we got served with a great fresh evening meal. On Sunday we left the room, they allowed us to leave the lugages in the hall. We had transfer at 17.00 booked with booking, it was cheap and just perfect, no hassle. I can just recommend this place, the only problem is that it is almost always fully booked.

New ZealandNothing, we absolutely loved it.
It was like an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. When you stepped through the doors, you were suddenly transported away from the busy streets of Marrakech into tranquility. We loved everything: the warm welcome, helpful host who gave us advice on where to go/what to expect/where to eat, the cleanliness & decor of the room, the comfy bed (so divine). The rooftop plunge pool was just a bonus to escape from the midday heat!
