It's too much inside, no excess to any transport and hard to find the location and the scary things was the property main door was opened till the late night without any reception person

What I liked most was the calm and wonderful reception from Adam. And so that I don't forget the cleanlines

Nice room, Good location and very nice staff

Not what we expected – needs improvement The young man who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, and we appreciated his availability and hospitality. However, the overall experience at the property was not very satisfying. The room was not very clean — we found hair in the beds, which made us uncomfortable. The biggest issue came when we returned after check-out to pick up our backpacks and saw that the beds had simply been remade with the same used sheets we had slept in, without being changed. The bathroom, which we shared with the host, was also not clean and didn’t feel very hygienic. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and guest comfort, the place could improve a lot. We really appreciated the host’s kindness, but unfortunately the accommodation didn’t meet our expectations.

Cheap and central in Medina (old town), taxi cannot enter (and driver asked a person to bring me ). Late check-in no problem. Very engaged to arrange a early-morning driver for me for the next day. Towel provided upon request. Wifi very good. Was not aware that I booked shared bath but that might have been my mistake.

It was toasty in my room during the day with no AC but ok at night with the windows open, altho this means the morning call to prayer will certainly wake you up. The hot water went out twice while I was staying here. The first time they fixed it as I caught it before my shower but the second day it went out while I was in the shower, which was quite annoying. There were also no towels or toilet paper in my room when I checked in and I had to go ask for them.

We stayed for just one night, but the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is beautiful, and the location is extremely convenient. Mr. Adam was very kind and helped us with everything we needed.
