Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe property was perfect for us.
Large site with well appointed rooms in a garden environment surrounded by citrus and other trees. Incredibly helpful staff and owners and delicious food including locally grown produce and organic orange juice. An early breakfast was provided. Perfect location for exploring Souss Massa.

United KingdomThe only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave!
What an exceptional place to stay! I am so grateful that the place I was originally going to stay was undergoing renovation! I arrived very tired – exhausted really - for a restful break and was due to spend three nights here. I extended my stay as I just didn't want to leave. The kindness I was shown touched my heart. I felt nurtured, cared for and loved. It is a tranquil spot. If you want to see things you will need a car – I didn't as I just wanted to relax! Having said that, they have a very nice taxi driver if you do want to go somewhere. I had a delicious breakfast every day which included freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs, pancake or pastries with Jam (all homemade). Dinner is available (€15) as is lunch (€7 I think). There is no choice although Rabia did ask me whether there was anything I didn't eat and checked that I would like what she was going to prepare. Everything was delicious. We had a (different flavoured) meat tajine most evenings with fresh vegetables from the garden and papaya and oranges from the trees for pudding. Water was provided with each meal as well as herbal or mint tea and/or coffee. There are paths to walk along and benches where you can sit. There was continuous wonderful bird song to listen to – plus the odd squawk from the resident peacocks! There are also some chickens and a cockerel somewhere nearby too. The sun lounges by the pool are comfortable and there are parasols so you can choose between sun or shade. There is little light pollution so the stars are magical too. The pool is beautiful and although I didn't swim others did. The beds are firm – almost hard by English standards but still comfortable. There was always hot water and the Wi-Fi was also very good. Speaking French is a benefit as neither Rabia nor Aziza (her niece) speak much English but her daughter Fatima, although in France, was always on the end of WhatsApp to help. This truly is a family run business and is very special.

AustriaWe were there middle/end of November, and it was a bit chilly in the rooms (they do not have heating) when we did not open the windows during the day to let the warm air in. The pool was also quite cold, but this was expected from our side !
Rabia was like a second mom to us, always there for a nice chat (in French !) and being so nice to our son. Her cooked meals were absolutely delicious and authentic, we enjoyed every bit of it !

Austria- The mosque is close - so we would wake up with the first call - In the description it said that the room has heating - we have not found one. It was warm to sleep under the warm blankets, however was not very pleasant to leave the shower :) - The food was well cooked and fresh, just unfortunately not as delicious as in previous places we stayed. Berbers spoiled us :) - The location is not very convenient, if you want to go to Agadir often - it is quite far considering traffic, for us it did take 40 minutes one way to the Marina.
The territory is amazing: huge exotic garden with the peacocks walking. The house is clean, the beds have warm blankets and comfortable pillows. The shower has good warm water for at least an hour (so probably constantly:)

United KingdomThe location is such that you do need transport to visit the local area. However the owners will organise a taxi to take you to wherever you want to go.
Very comfortable accommodation and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The garden was wonderful and a stroll around it was a must do after dinner. If you just want to relax and unwind then this is the Ideal place. This is a family run business and they take the time to get to know their guests.

Dar Beynana is a beautiful oasis in a secluded area near to Sidi Bibi. For peace and quiet, it was perfect. The accommodation was in villas dotted around a large pool. It was comfortable and spacious. The food a0nd service could not be faulted. You will need a car if you want to explore the area.

Netherlandsthe included breakfast was very basic. It was all freshly made, but it would have been nice to have received some egg and almond spread with breakfast. Also we used dinner at 1 occasion. The setting was beautifull, but the tajine was a bit bland, lacking on spices and a bit overpriced in my opinion.
you come into a beautifull tropical garden with orange trees and palmtrees, peacocks and a big swimmingpool in the middle of nowhere. The host Fatima was very welcoming and took her time with you to talk even though she was bussy and answered my tekst promply. The accomodation was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the big doors to our small terrace and spent there many hours relaxing. The location is outside of Agadir and close to the airport. But this was exactly what we were looking for location wize and comfort and facilities. The rooms are a bit pricey for Moroccon standards, but if you look at them they are like a gorgeous luxurious suite, so worth every Dirham. The host also advised us on a special adres at the souk, so we could buy some beautifull bedding for a very low price.

SpainWe were looking a quiet place and we found it. We loved the service and the place over achieved expectations. Very good breakfast and the dinner awesome. There is not too much to do around the hotel but there is a wonderful beach close to it (15 min driving). Thanks.
