We had the most wonderful stay, we couldn’t recommend this beautiful apartment enough. The location was perfect in the medina and walking distance to everything one would need. The hosts were absolutely incredible, they went out of their way to help us whenever we needed anything and made sure we had the best stay (which we did). There is also a lovely restaurant opposite, which has yummy food and due to the location they have a really nice bond with the hosts so treated us very well. We felt so comfortable and happy our whole stay!

We had a very comfortable stay. The Dar is very clean and cosy to make it feel at home. The owner is a very nice guy and took good care of us. Highly recommended. The location is very prominent in the Medina.

The dishes and cutlery were very greasy. No hot water in the kitchen.

Excellent location, clear instructions to get there from the car park. We arrived by train and caught the HopOn-HopOff bus from the station, Stop 9, to Stop 2, Place 9th Avril. From there it is only 5 minutes walk downhill along the main tourist street to reach the apartment. The bus ticket lasts two days and has two routes for Eur13, great value. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is up a flight of stairs.

Toilet is a bit small, but manageable for few days

Apartment is big, and in a really good position. Taxi cannot arrive there, but you have to walk few minute when taxi leave you

The location in the old Medina was close to everything. Apartment was clean and we enjoyed using the washing machine to clean our clothes. A small case of bottled water was supplied which we appreciated. Anass greeted us at the apartment and gave us a quick tour. He was easy to reach on What’s App and quickly responded to our questions.

Being in the medina, there will be a bit of noise late at night. It didn’t appear to be a problem for me as I sleep through anything but just a reference for light sleepers

Very great location, Anass was great as a host and couldn’t fault anything at all. For the price everything was great value for money and the location is very ideal being close to the mosques, cafes and shops

I had a great stay with family, the apartment was clean, well maintained and centrally located in the medina. I appreciated communication with the host who was available to us at all times, he also kept our belongings while out which was a great plus. I will definitely return.

Noisy neighbourhood but manageable if you close every door and window. Ear plugs recommended for light sleepers

Close to all interesting places in the city. Right by a great restaurant. Enough space and facilities for comfort like heater and fan and pillows. Tv and fast internet. Great host

Unfortunately my wife and mother in law felt unsafe because just outside the property people were buying and smoking cannabis all night. There was a lot of noise because of this as well in the night. I left a day earlier because of how scared they were.

The property was really clean and well looked after we can’t complain and the host was really nice and helpful.

Centrally located in the Old Medina area. The apt was comfortable, clean, hot water functioned well, and very close to shops and restaurants. Plus, very close to the Ferry!

If anything, we lacked better sound isolation. Being in the middle of the old town, there were people talking and small motorbikes buzzing for a while – it became calm at night though.

Our stay in Tanger was short (just one night) but nice. We stayed at Dar Hanae tanger, which is a roomy apartment right in the middle of the old part of the city, a short walk from the market, the Kasbah and the Grand Socco, as well as very close to the nice coffee shops along Blvd. Mohamed VI, by the sea. In other words, the location is perfect. While not easy to find, the way to get there was clearly explained beforehand by the host, and communication was always easy. In the good Moroccan tradition, the host showed care and attention making us feel comfortable. The apartment can easily accommodate six people, although we were only three, so plenty of room, with three nice bedrooms, a nice kitchen and living room. The bathroom is on the small side, but functional. The host was very kind and generous.

The place is clean and really nice, you have hair dryer, towels and everything that you need if you are backpack traveling, the host is amasing, he gave us big bottles of water for each person, I have only the best recomendations for this place!

A little bit noisy from the street below. It wasn't realy a problem, just part of the local ambience !

Fantastic central location. Our friendly hosts were very unobstrusive, but were always close by if we needed advice. They have a little shop at street level which was very convenient for everyday supplies. Also, we needed to print out boarding passes for Tangier airport, which we were able to print from the shop downstairs.

Only one heater but plenty of blankets if you feel cold in the winter months. For me personally was fine.
