Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Such a beautiful raid , amazing location - so close to the city centre attractions, the owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! I stayed at 3 raids on my trip and I wish I had stayed at this Riad for the whole trip.

GermanyWe had booked a airport transfer which was communicated to cost 20€ which is already double the price of a normal taxi. The driver didn’t have the right names, so waited quite a long time to find him. And in the end we had to pay another 5€ for the baggage Transport by foot to the riad in the Medina. We felt ripped off in the beginning.
It’s a nice little riad very centrally located in the medina. Communication was good and the room had everything we needed.

IrelandThe bed was a little bit hard, it still slept well.
I enjoyed my stay here. It was a very tranquil escape from the chaos outside. Great location but located down a medina street so was quiet. A little hard to find at first but they gave good instructions so wasn’t an issue. Roof terrace was nice.

United KingdomThe only minor inconvenience was the lack of a hairdryer.
Our stay was an absolute delight. The riad itself is a beautiful traditional Moroccan house. The rooms are bright, airy, and impeccably clean. What truly sets this riad apart is its exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. The riad's location is ideal, nestled in a quiet corner of the Medina. It's a peaceful retreat from the bustling souks, yet still within easy walking distance of all the main attractions.

Poland1. It is really hard to find the riad. There are instructions provided, but signs along the way would be a great help. 2. The bathtub is extremely slippery when wet. I slipped into the bathtub, but luckily, I only ended up with a bruise. 3. The taps in the bathtub are very confusing. I couldn’t get the proper water temperature while trying to adjust them, and there are four taps in total. 4. The room needs renovation, as the walls are discolored. At the price paid, this is not acceptable. Additionally, the windows and all wooden fittings also require renovation.
I liked the way I was greeted by the hostess; she is a really friendly person. The riad has an authentic look and is located in the middle of the medina. It was also very clean, and the hostess cleaned the room every day

United KingdomNothing.
Staff at the Riad were great, Liliane, the owner and her staff, Sadia and Nadia. The location is really close to the Souks and main square however once inside the Riad you would never know. Really peaceful and quiet. The family room, with the Jack and Jill bathroom, really met our needs as a family of four. The breakfasts were great, with our boys especially enjoying the omelettes. And the whole place was kept spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money.

United KingdomWe had a wonderful 3 days at this riad. The owner, Liliane, was there at the time and was a charming host and made us feel very welcome. The riad itself is a haven of peace and solitude, but very centrally located, in the centre of the old medina. The patio is beautiful, with lots of greenery and it was lovely having breakfast there each morning. The upper terrace is also beautiful, as is the whole riad. It is a small riad with just 4 bedrooms, making it feel very authentic and homely. The lady who runs the riad on a day to day basis, was very kind and made us a lovely breakfast every morning. It was a wonderful and charming stay in the centre of the medina.

PhilippinesThe provision for electric fans would be helpful since there is no airconditioning. The location is in the inner portion of the cluster/neighborhood. It is quite a walk to reach the Marrakesh square. There is a homeless man who stays near the entrance door of the Dar once in a while. It is quite scary. The door was difficult to open so maybe the main door knob/lock needs improvement.
The courtyard was our fave area. It was relaxing with trees in the center and nice two lounges/sala set across each other. The lady caretaker was nice and served very good tea. She also suggested good restaurants. Waking up to the chirping birds perched on its big tree in the courtyard was truly refreshing. God's creations are wonderful. The rooms and toilets were clean. The entire place was clean. We did not lock our rooms because we were the only guests at that time.

GermanyThe host Liliane and the housekeeper Essadia were super kind and welcoming! The Dar is perfectly located to explore the city of Marrakech - it is a little bit hidden but this is the case for all accommodations in the city. The host organized a transfer from the airport to the riad which I would recommend in this case.

MalaysiaOur room on the ground floor was covered in visible mold on the walls, and we could smell it as soon as we entered. The mold was so pervasive that I became ill and had to take medication even after leaving Morocco. I am not sure how the other rooms look like but that room should remain closed until a thorough renovation is completed.
Our hostess Sadia and her husband are the highlight of our stay in riad. They were kind, professional and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The patio is really beautiful and relaxing.

United KingdomStay clear of this property. It is seriously damp and in need of serious renovation to the exterior and interiors. The walls are wet and literally falling off. The bed felt damp when I sat on it. Shower is old and rusty. Difficult to find also. I am an avid traveller to Morocco and this was the worst place I have ever booked. I did not stay here. The property did not refund me. I had to find alternative accommodation . Highly un recommend.
