Its location in the heart of the Medina gave easy access to all of the sights around .

The hotel is super clean, staff super nice. There's breakfast included,which is delicious.The location is perfect right at the heart of the medina, near everything you need.There's hot shower and everything, and the decoration is just like the photos. I loved the Riad vibes and the calmness inside.

In the room I was staying you can smell a bit of mold in it, especially when the doors are closed.. but that should be expected for a place at the medina near the beach. For an allergic person like me I wasn't able to sleep comfortably.but again the room was super clean, sheets as well.

Basic low cost hotel. I had to get a trolly into the Medina and back again as I can't walk far. I then couldn't remember where I parked!!

Amazing Stay Perfect for Families! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed in Essaouira with two 8-year-olds, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making us feel at home right away. But what truly made our stay special was the incredible host, so welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great local tips and making us feel like part of the community. If you're visiting Essaouira, this is the place to stay! Highly recommended, especially for families. Can't wait to come back!

It is in a very convenient location and easy to find.

The room itself was really nice, interesting pieces of art, good breakfast.

Like in most riad it's rather loud when people are on the patio. Terrible staff: receptionist didn't speak any English which wasn't even the issue. They had zero knowledge about the hotel, price for room etc. For every single thing they had to call the manager. Support was needed even when checking in!! The only contact you can have with her is mailing over booking. I had a very unpleasant situation in which I wanted to stay one more night, but since they have huge problems with communication between employees, after getting confirmation from one, another woke me up, told me to pay extra for late checkout and come back at check in time so I decided to leave immediately instead xD

Location is great, right at the heart of the Medina. About a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The room was a bit small and very minimalist.

The location in the centre was nice and the interior looked cool

The toilet in the bathroom was not functional, we had to unclog it ourselves, small room for 4 people

The room was rather damp, very noisy at night.

Unfortunately, the staff was not satisfying. We were trying to extend the stay because of unexpected accident and hospital visit, but there were no solution to our request, there was an empty room available. Poor communication. Finally, We needed to cancel the last night and change the hotel because of the bad service. We didn't get the refund of the last night, despite the fact we were discussing the whole situation with the owner. There are many more Riads and hotels around with excellent service.

The boss of the place was super brutal He overpriced us for extending, knowing we had no choice but to extend for personal reasons. The overall cleaninless of the hostel did not meet our expectations. I own 4 hostels, and i never met some boss this brutal toward his guests

The location is fantastic, very central in the Medina of Essaouira and close to the city beach.

Our room wasn’t cleaned while we were there (4 nights) and the facilities could use a deep clean too. Pretty bare bones room (standard double) with a fairly uncomfortable bed.

Great hotel. Will back agin
