Excellent facility within walking distance of everything. Well equipped, private bathroom, clean, nice terrace. Very friendly staff Moha and Jad, always ready to help. Definitely recommended.

Lovely authentic room, delicious breakfast and staff couldn’t be more helpful. We booked late and arrived late at night but it wasn’t a problem.

There wasn’t anything I did not like

It was in a great location off the main path of being busy so was quiet but within walking distance to everything. The staff were very accommodating and extremely friendly they showed pride in their work

I had a small issue but the manager and Alice resolved it right away.

Very nice Riad. Alice messaged me and was very responsive to all my issues right away. As I need to drop off suitcases before my checkin time and needed to know about parking.

It is lovely riad! Peaceful, clean, comfortable, with a wonderful kind and helpful staff! The location made it very easy to walk to many main attractions, and Alice was also very helpful with suggestions of places we might enjoy and how to get around. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and a peaceful way to start the mornings! The staff even went out of their way to leave us breakfast to go for the morning we had to leave super early in the morning! Also…the beds are amazingly comfortable! I would highly recommend a stay here!

Nice people/staff, hospitable. They do their best to ensure a nice stay in Marrakech. Advisable! Feels safe and comforable in this part of the city and so near the centre. Also good to reach by taxi.

A simple matter of personal taste, i found the bed a little too firm.

The staff were absolutely incredible and could not have been any better or more helpful. Top notch. Super friendly and full of advice, really very, very good. The room was cute and wonderfully situated on the top floor, walking out onto the rooftop terrace. 4 poster bed, walk in shower, huge wardrobe, AC. Was very impressed.

An absolutely wonderful experience staying at Riad Alice. The Riad itself is beautiful and peaceful, the food is amazing and the hammam was brilliant. The staff working there could not do enough to meet our every need. I can not recommend this Riad highly enough.

I highly recommend Riad Alice! Our stay was absolutely wonderful - the hosts were amazing, incredibly kind, and always ready to help. The riad itself has a beautiful rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying a coffee or a meal while taking in the atmosphere. Everything was impeccably clean, and the ambiance was fantastic. Whether you're looking to unwind in their relaxing spa or prefer a more active vacation, this riad is ideal. Its location is excellent - just a few minutes' walk to the main square and city center. I would definitely return!

The staff are so incredible! Alice is kind and helpful and even made sure that there was gluten free bread for me at breakfast after hearing about my allergies. Everyone is kind. The place is also beautiful and well kept.

Not only were the riad, terrace and general facilities great, the shining star of this riad was the wonderful staff working there. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we were extremely grateful for their helpfulness in organising spa treatments, taxi journeys, and most importantly the constant mint tea deliveries. Would highly recommend this accommodation for an authentic Marrakech experience.

No issues , just bear in mind this is not a luxury hotel

The location was very convenient, just a few minutes from the old town. The room was simple but clean, and there was a lovely terrace on the top floor where breakfast was served. The host and staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always quick to respond to any issues or questions. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Marrakech.
