I believe there was no lift, so it wouldn't be accesible for low mobility people. However, staff offered to bring our suitcases.

It wasn't very clear to us where to wait for the spa area but apart from that it was all wonderful!

Amazing location!! Right next to the beach. We booked a superior room which didn't disappoint and had everything you needed. The setting downstairs is beautiful and the cocktails are top class. We had a couples massage which is highly recommended.

We liked everything about Dar L'Oussia. Easy walk from bus depot and well located in the medina. The room was delightfully airy, well decorated and equipped. The rooftop restaurant was great for both breakfast and drinks. Staff was very responsive. Close to the picturesque harbor and an easy stroll to the endless beach. If/when we return, we would not consider staying anywhere else.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance is elegant and beautifully reflects the rich Moroccan culture, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect. A special thank you to the manager, Youssef whose professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether at the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, every team member greeted us with a smile and ensured that we felt at home. Their hospitality made all the difference in our experience. The food was also fantastic—breakfast was delicious and included traditional Moroccan pancakes, fresh juice, and the best mint tea! Overall, this hotel not only provides a beautiful and comfortable stay but also has a team that genuinely cares about its guests and delivers outstanding service. We will definitely return in the futur!

The situation, staff, facilities, spa were all fabulous. Location was quiet and close to the beach. Great proximity to the fabulous restaurants and shops and perfect walking distance from the bus.

As other guests have indicated, noise isolation is nonexistent and during the night the seagulls made incredible noise. The bed mattress was also too hard. Although we enjoyed our stay, we didn't sleep well. The room was nice but there was no shower door so no privacy for showering, and the first time we used the shower it flooded the entire bathroom (other times this did not happen so not sure what the issue was the first time - plus we didn't complain). Also water is not provided (unlike most other hotels), nor a kettle in the room.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel. A gift for the eyes. Decorated with taste, clean. Nice room, nice terrace for breakfast (and good breakfast). Handy to have a restaurant on the ground floor. Location is the best, super close to both Medina and beach. Although it may not be the best riad for children (it's very spacious, but with lots of things that can break), the hotel did everything to accommodate our 2 year old.

Loved the location and rooms and the staff were excellent! Perfectly situated for a quiet night's sleep after a wonderful Medina experience. Beautiful views of the beach and harbour from the roof top. Breakfast was standard, so that's the only thing I felt could have been improved. Stunning.

I found the inner patio noisy and the rooms suffered from this till late in the evening. Matrasses were hard (that’s personal).

Excellent location beside the medina, port & beach. Lovely Spa & massages. Very clean & most staff were extremely helpful . There was a problem with the water in the town while we were there..no water for 1 day followed by a problem in the hotel with their hot water for another 2 days. Eventually we were given access to a Riad across the road to have a shower . We were also upgraded to a suite after a couple of days as the Riad was very quiet (low season). Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was gorgeous every morning. Reception arranged a taxi to the airport & printed our boarding cards. Overall I would highly recommend it given its central location & standard of accommodation. I would give it a 10 except for all the issues with the hot water.

the location is just a few steps from the main entrance to the medina. The whole place is spacious, I mean *really* spacious! Big inner courtyard with huge palms in it, big rooftop where you can enjoy breakfast with seaview and also the room we had was 30m2 and was very stylish decorated! The staff is super friendly and is doing everything that you enjoy your stay. We were there in early December and got a super deal, worth every penny!

Having spent quite some time trying to find the perfect accommodation to satisfy the needs of two teen boys looking for adventure, a husband who wants rest & relaxation and to be near the souks and places of interest for myself, I was so happy to have found this place and would gladly recommend it to all. There’s nothing we didn’t like about Riad Dar L’Oussia. It was everything we expected and more.

We loved the traditional style of Riad Dar L’Oussia and the location was perfect - just inside the walls of the Medina with easy access to the beach. The rooms were clean, the breakfasts on the rooftop were superb and all the staff were amazing, especially Abdellatif, who was incredibly helpful even before we arrived and throughout our stay. It was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay here again.

Nothing - everything was great!

The location is great - it’s just outside the medina area so felt like a lovely balance of close to the action but calm. The riad itself is so beautiful with a big roof terrace, and a nice seating area downstairs with a little bar. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were super helpful. I also booked in for a massage which was wonderful, their spa room is really lovely.

Good location, a short walk from the bus station & near the edge of the old town. The best feature is the rooftop terrace with fabulous views of the water. A very generous breakfast with attentive staff makes you want to linger longer. Spacious room, very clean and comfy.
