Riad Sienna was a lovely oasis. The staff was so attentive and lovely. They did everything to make our stay memorable. They arranged tours and drivers for us. They provided us with invaluable information such as routes to and fro attractions. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning was delicious.

Everything - room, pool, breakfast exceptional. Mourad was the perfect host - soooo welcoming and helpful. Couldn’t do enough to make our stay easy. The property is absolutely stunning from the beautifully tiled floor at the pool area to breakfast on the roof lounge. We will definitely return

From the moment we arrived, Mourad made us feel like cherished guests. His warmth, attention to detail, and intuitive hospitality are on another level. Whether it was recommending local spots, arranging transport, organizing watermelon because we just mentioned it or simply offering mint tea and a smile, he made everything effortless. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered. The rooms are beautiful— yes, there’s air-conditioning, which is a godsend in the Marrakech heat. The beds comfy, the bathrooms spotless, and everything is thoughtfully laid out to create a sense of peace. And then there’s the pool. Absolutely incredible. Cool, serene, and nestled in the courtyard, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the souks. If you’re looking for a soulful, stylish, and welcoming place to stay in Marrakech, Riad Sierra is it — and Mourad will make your trip even more special. We can’t wait to return.

Great location for exploring the medina, souks, cafes etc. Nothing was too much trouble for the team there. Wonderful room. Great dinner at the riad on our first night. Would definitely go back.

This Riad was perfect, we had a wonderful stay and wish it could have been longer! The rooms were gorgeous, so clean and aesthetically pleasing. It’s a 5 min walk from the drop off point to the Riad. My daughter and I walked it, but someone from the Riad will come and meet you to walk you to the property.

Nothing, my wife and I just stay for one night and the Riad had everything we needed.

The staff made our stay very pleasant. The Riad it self is nice and clean. 10-12 mins walking distance from the main square. The neighborhood is little rough but safe. Mourad one of the employees at the Riad helped us with all the details around the hotels. Things to do, restaurants and hot to navigate with locals as many want to help for money. Mourad made our stay very special.

The whole Riad is absolutely amazing, well decorated, and super confortable. It always smelled amazing. The staff, especially Mourad, was super delicate and nice, and always ready to help. The breakfast is lovely and really tasty! Would book the road again for sure!

The riad was absolutely beautiful elegantly decorated, airy, and fresh. It felt like a peaceful oasis away from the heat and the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We couldn’t recommend it more highly. A special thank you to Murad, who was incredible his guidance and local recommendations made our experience even more memorable. Facilities were exactly great air conditioning in the room, stunning rooftop water and tea were provided upon request!

Amazing riad in Morocco. The riad has a beautiful, traditional look and a calm atmosphere. It felt like a quiet little escape. Our room was spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. What is especially exceptional is the staff. Mourand was very kind and made things easy for us. He communicated on our behalf with the tour guide we had booked a tour with, and made sure we were picked up and dropped off at the right location. He often patiently explained and answered any questions we had, as well as recommended places and food to go to and try while we were in Morocco. This significantly enhanced our trip in Morocco. We feel very thankful for him. Overall, I would highly recommend this riad to those who wish to stay in Marrakesh!

Wifi was not great and neither were the pillows. Everything else was great though.

We had an amazing stay at the Riad Sierra. It is in a fantastic location, and still so quiet. AC works great. Morrad was so kind and attentive throughout our stay. Superb hospitality moments: picking us up from our transfer drop off spot to navigate us to the riad, offering tea, biscuits, and a detailed map of the city with his recommendations and personal number in case we needed anything, letting us change in a different room while our room was being prepared, bringing us watermelon when we were resting in the riad one afternoon, and packing us an early breakfast to take on our Sahara tour upon check-out. What a great way to be introduced to the country. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It is tastefully decorated, the staff are all friendly and very helpful. It is in Medina and so much fun to walk around there. It takes only 5 minutes to get access to the road to catch a taxi.

Beautifully decorated, cosy feel, and such a sanctuary from the thrill of Marrakech. Right by the wonderful souks and great location. The hotel staff were incredible and the manager so helpful, and gave us some great tips on restaurants and what to see!

I stayed at Riad Sierra with a few friends and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning on the rooftop – the msemen in particular was amazing! The riad itself was spotlessly clean, and the interior design was absolutely stunning – a perfect blend of traditional charm and stylish comfort. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the souks and many of Marrakech’s main attractions, which made exploring the city super convenient. A special mention goes to Morad, one of the staff members, who was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Riad Sierra to anyone visiting Marrakech and I’m already hoping to come back soon!

Nothing at all - everything was perfect

This riad is such a hidden gem, it was recently renovated so everything is new and super clean. It’s located in the medina but on a quiet street so you’re in the heart of the action but away from the noise which is perfect (some riads can be noisy at night but this one was very quiet) The hosts were super welcoming and gave us a map when we arrived with all the top recommendation. It felt like living with a family and having a personal guide the entire time. They collected us from the main taxi pick up spots and also escorted us when we had day trips and activities booked to ensure we didn’t get lost. If I could give this place 10 stars I would, for the price you pay - this is such a steal. I moved to a hotel after this riad and I wish I stayed here longer. Hotels are overpriced for what they offer in Morocco - this is truly the best way to experience the city and mingle with locals and connect with other travellers. The location is also perfect for site seeing, everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. They also had this cute rooftop where breakfast was served, a delicious combination of fruit, yogurt, bread, tea, coffee and cakes. Book this place and you won’t regret it! The pictures don’t do it justice - and you might find old photos before the renovation so try rely on the most recent reviews instead.

From start to finish our stay was exceptional. Mourad came to meet us from the taxi and walked us to the Riad. He then outlined all the tips and things to know while in the city and made us feel comfortable from start. Our room was amazing with a massive bed and a rustic charm. The rest of the team were great and they laid on delightful breakfasts every day. Having the option for taxis to/from the airport through is the Riad is recommended (extra cost) but most of the city is walkable from where you stay. Just a note at the end of the stay - make sure you have cash ready to cover things such as city tax, any pre booked taxis through the Riad etc
