Beautifully decorated, the staff was kind and friendly, the breakfast was nice as well. There was a nice, comfy roof terrace and 3 bathrooms available (a small one on 2nd floor with the toilet and a shower, and 2 on the ground floor – one small with just the toilet, and the big one with spacious, comfortable shower and a toilet as well). Given how complicated navigating Fes is, the accommodation was pretty easy to reach and the route was clearly marked with signs (can be reached from 2 sides, both show up on on google maps). Once you're there, DO NOT GO STRAIGHT to the courtyard – it's someone's house, the entrance to the hotel is behind the first door on the left Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the accommodation was very good given the price range

There was a distinct smell of something like cat pee that seemed to linger in our room no matter how long was the window open nor whether we blasted the AC or not. The window didn't point outside, more like to a some sort of ventilation shaft, plus we saw a kitty on the roof terrace – maybe it peed in the shaft and that resulted in the smell? It faltered over the course of our stay so we suspect a fluffy urinal-criminal was responsible for the unpleasant smell

The room was very nice and comfortable, we had the one on the rooftop with private bathroom. The breakfast was OK like others on Morocco maybe I expected something more like jam. The personnel is very kind and helpful.

Maybe the location at night it can be scary. I just wanted soap in the bathroom.

Everything is perfect! Location in the heart of Medina, the main street is right in the corner. A lot restaurants around, easy walking around, as main places to visit is near. Also, the view on all city also 20 min by walk from the hotel. My room was on the roof, I had my own little penthouse because it's only one room on this floor 😅 Room is small, but comfortable, real riad! Breakfast was amazing! 🤤

There is one nuance - the rial is at the very bottom, you need to constantly go up to get out of the old city. But this is not a problem, just information, since it was not easy to go up with all my stuff when I went to the taxi point (you have to walk around 15 min to the entrance to the old town, cars are not allowed to enter).

The place is tiny and magical, right in the middle of medina. It is super clean too.

The location was 5 minutes walk from everywhere in the old town. The breakfast was a true Moroccan that includes bread, eggs, honey, olives and "msamman". I had options for drinks but I always chose Moroccan tea with mint. The staff were helpful and communicative, I got answers for my questions and more. Hicham was helpful and available most of the time and you could bump into him while walking around the old town.

For me, the toilet and shower were outside of the room, but it was my choice when I booked, so all good.

The riad was located in the center of the medina. We were welcomed by a kind host who offered us tea. There was a balcony available and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was an option, but we didn’t take advantage of it. The only downside was the bathroom, which did not meet the expected standard. The interior had a traditional decor, which added to the atmosphere

The riad was really good located in the center of the Medina, but wasn‘t on a main street so it was not crowded and quiet silent at night. The hosts were really friendly and the breakfast was also good.

It’s a very pretty riad with everything you need! It’s a unique stay in the medina! The riad is beautiful and clean, with a pretty rooftop! It’s difficult to find the place at the beginning and we pay a man 2 euro to walk us there or we would never found it, but it was such an experience to get lost over those never endlessly small streets. In the night a lot of people will try to tell you that the way is closed, in order to get some small money to walk you there, so just be aware of this little trick, the streets aren’t closed! But we never felt in danger. The price was very affordable and we are happy to choose this riad for our stay in Fes! The manager is a nice person!

It's in old town centre. All the visisting points are in walkable distance. Rooms are very clean. Good breakfast. Staff is nice.

A bit tricky to get to room. A map showing how to reach appartment could have been better. Dont ask for anybody help apart from room owner. Otherwise you are forced to give money.
