Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SerbiaThere is no door to the bathroom, so I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation unless you are traveling with your partner. I would also prefer to have a small fridge in the room to keep water cold.
The riad is beautiful. As I understood, it was designed by its Japanese owner. The interior is very nice. The rooms are clean and have AC. The bed is comfortable. The riad has a kitchen where you can make coffee or store food in the fridge. There are towels, shower gel, and shampoo in the room. Ismail was our host and he was great! He was very nice and always available when we needed him.

NetherlandsLike many places in Morocco, this place isn’t soundproof. If you’re a sensitive sleeper, you might have a hard time. Would be great to have black-out curtains as the hallway light is shining into the rooms.
Nice little place, loved the design. Lovely roof terrace that feels a little more private. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location close to the main square and the medina. They have a kitchen too but we didn’t use it.

Czech RepublicDisadvantage was a small room and necessity to use the stairs to go to bed.
I really liked that the house was in Moroccan style. Regarding the price one cannot expect any luxury. Personal was very nice. It was great, there was also a kitchen in the house. It is an advantage that there is a chance to go on the rooftop and spend some time there chillin´.

PortugalIt was not as central as I was led to believe when I booked, and it is a remote (deserted by night) part of town. I was told that those streets are safe, and had no problem whatsoever, but it didn't feel that way.
It is convenient and not expensive. The AC was noisy, but good to have to warm up the place at night (early January). Clean and roomy shared bathroom. It meets a price point and does so with a balanced compromise.

SpainHowever, what I really struggled with was the room. First things first I was not expecting the shared bathroom (but it might have been my bad for not reading properly), but the beds were so hard... i really struggled with that... Also I got bitten during my first night by something and I'm pretty sure it weren't mosquitoes... I don't want to be quick to judge, specially because the place was beautiful, but I'm pretty sure it was some sort of bed bugs :( Also the fact that there is one single bathroom shared with the other rooms is crazy because if you're in a rush or you have an urgency you will basically have to no where to go.
The airbnb is beautiful and the terrace is absolutely amazing, even though it's a small place, it's actually very well decorated and (as someone who loves aesthetics), it was a pleasure to my eyes! Plus it's a short walk from Jamaa El Fnaa square and the Kasbah, loved almost everything! Also the staff was very nice (the two guys were super sweet!) and I had the chance to get a quick chat with another tourist and it was cool. But if you're staying, wake up early to watch the sunrise from the terrace, you will have no regrets!

BelgiumWe booked 2 rooms. The rooms on the first floor with 3 beds was ok but the ground floor 2 beds bedroom was not. it was damp and smelled like fungus due to a moist issue. There was no ventilation to the outside (only to inside comunual area) it is plain unhealty and should not be rented out until fixed. Furthermore the bedroom light and the only socket in the room did not function. The staff was already aware of this. Also there was a lot of sound of the outside in the dar.
The staff was friendly and the interior was nice

HungaryIt is quite difficult to find, there is no sign with the name of the accomodation anywhere. There is no reception and no one was there to welcome us. We had to call them from a riad next door. When someone finally arrived, he just showed us around the place, not much explanation, no passport check, just asked for the tourist tax, but he had no change at all. The process and his behaviour was very strange, left us feeling quite uncomfortable. We had a room on the ground floor and our window opened directly to the dinner table, so there wasn't much privacy, if we opened it someone could be sitting right there. When someone was cooking, our whole room smelled of food. The door locks look nice but they make so much noise when you open or close a door and the echo of the building only makes it worse. There is so much noise coming from the doors and the shared bathroom at night that we didn't get much sleep.
Uniqe design with beautiful interior. Everything is really clean and the beds are comfortable. The room is small, but has a shelf, hangers and a mirror, perfect for a few nights stay. Good location in a quiet area and just a short walk to the center.

PortugalDar Oki is different from usual riads, but the place is very tidy and beautiful, the space of the rooms are really smart, and nice to see. The terrace and common spaces are relaxing and the staff are always there to help you. Location also very good, very close to the square. I was alone there for two days, and have nothing to complain.

United KingdomWonderful and extremely helpful host, who very generously replaced my room key for free after I'd lost it (thanks again, if you're reading this!). Facilities were very easy and comfortable to use. Superb location right next to a very useful general store, just over the road from some very nice and cheap cafes, and only 10 minutes' walk from the main square. Heating and air conditioning was very easy to use, and the roof garden in the Dar was absolutely stunning. It's well worth getting up early to watch the sunrise
