We had a the most wonderful stay in this marvellous Riad in the heart of the Medina. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything to see and do in Marrakesh. The room was a dream. They served us delicious Moroccan tea, and even organized our airport transfers, accompanying us early in the morning to make sure everything went smoothly. Breakfast was amazing — fresh, varied, and much more than just coffee and bread. You can tell they really care about what they do.

The staff at the riad were amazing! Very welcoming and helped us when we had medical problems, even walked us to the pharmacy themselves. The breakfast was lovely and the riad was very clean.

The property was very spacious, clean, and well kept. We stayed in a traditional double room and it was huge - big bed, large bathroom, and a small living space area with chairs and chimney. It had a nice breakfast space and beautiful authentic Moroccan rooms with a double-layered rooftop.

Access is a bit confusing the first time you go there. Google maps won't get you to the door, only to the nearby commercial medina lanes. Staff can help, or local people can help (for a modest tip, if they lead you there.) The closest taxi/vehicle access is a 7-8 minute walk away. It's probably not an ideal property for someone with claustrophobia as access lanes are narrow and dark, and while rooms open onto a pretty, leafy central atrium, there are no outside windows with regional views.

A peaceful retreat in the heart of the medina. Helpful, kind staff. Lovely breakfast. Unique--Unlike anywhere else I've stayed before. Go with a spirit of adventure, and you will be rewarded with a lovely, unique, good value stay.

-The location is perfect. Very closed to shops and a cool coffee shop where is served Illy coffee (well appreciated by Italians) -The staff is friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of information regarding the city. I would like to mention the lady who prepares the breakfast. I don't know her name, but I would like to say thank you for her smiles in the morning :) -All the facilities were working fine and the rooftop is a must. I had a great time, I would definitely recommend it!

Our rooms were on the second floor so there are stairs to consider. Also the roof top terrace is up on the third floor (but it's worth the climb!) There is a pool, but it's in the breakfast room on the ground floor, so we did not use it. It is pretty to look at though, and there's a nice fountain there.

Fantastic location if you want to be near the Medina and the Souk. The route into the Riad is a little confusing but once you know the way it's quite easy to get there. Despite the proximity to everything, it is so quiet and peaceful once you are there! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the courtyard is inviting. The rooftop area is also lovely and peaceful. We also requested a dinner one evening, and the entire event was fantastic! I would highly recommend that if you are there for a few days. Special thanks to Hamid and Osama for all their help and courtesy. Also Rachida and PtitZen - two sweet and lovely ladies - Thanks for your kindness!

Noise travells...There was an inconsiderate couple of younger females staying who made a lot of noise at night, I think the night staff cover should have said something, everyone would have heard the noise, loud talking on phone outside their room, music at an unacceptable hour. Not the fault of the Riad, but could have been an improved stay.

A wonderful place to stay, great location. having breakfast on the terrace was the best part of our stay. The ladies who cook and serve could not do enough for us, always with a smile. The rooms are lovely, cleaned with fresh towels.

Not all the staircases have handrails. This was tricky for grandparents. Staff were very helpful when needed but was difficult at times.

Room was spacious and very clean, staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal was excellent. Activities arranged according to our needs, good value and great fun. Massage was wonderful.
