The accommodation is located very well, exactly in the medina. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is also spectacular, not to mention the comfort of the bed. The owner of the accommodation is very cordial and also has a wonderful restaurant right in front of the accommodation, with divine food and which grants a 10% discount for guests. I highly recommend it!

We had a brilliant stay!! The host greeted us and provided us with a cold bottle of water which we really appreciated after our travels in the midday heat. The room was super spacious and clean. The bathrooms were clean, and the showers all had shower gel which was a nice touch. Location was fantastic too. No complaints, really enjoyed our stay here thank you!!

They could install AC…

It is located at the heart of the medina, but when you are in your room you don’t hear any noise! It is a room with shared bathroom, but they have 3 shower/toilet bathrooms and there are 3 rooms, one bathroom for each!

The wifi was really spotty in my room. I had to go outside into the common area to have better performance. Also the room was really hot and I needed to ask for fan.

The location was great, it is right int he center of the Medina and it was quite easy to get to with the tram from the train station. I liked the decor and the cleanliness was really good! I also liked the bed, very comfortable.

Everything was clean, it doesn’t feel like a hotel, it feels more like home. Also the location is great it’s close to the tramway that can take you to the train station and you can walk to Hassan tower.

Actually, there is nothing I dislike, this is just a suggestion. I think it would be nice to have a tea/coffee station in the small social area in the riad. Just having a kettle and a coffee machine would make that space more enjoyable and guests could have a hot beverage before leaving in the morning to look for breakfast.

This place is great! I was surprised by its cleanliness, particularly the toilets which were spotless all day long. The riad is located in a small street just in the souk, easy to find (if you look for the restaurant) and at a walking distance from everything. It is very quiet at night and yes, the mosque near by is loud but I think you cannot complaint about it, that's part of the country's culture. My room was spacious, fresh, clean, and tastefully decorated. I had a comfy bed with a reading light and a sofa with a coffee table. The blankets were really soft and they smelled clean.

Everything is fine

I like the place where convenient and easy near to everything. Space of accommodation is fine and we can talk my friends without telling your noisy. Food restaurant located outside. Staff are approachable and friendly.

My room (no. 4) had a window opening onto the indoor landing, and a small one at roof level, very high, so could not be opened but a blind operated remotely via a switch. Even with the high ceiling without air conditioning it would be ideal to have a window that can be opened to circulate the air indoors. It was not a major problem as it was still spring time.

Great Little place located inside the edge of the medina which makes it very easy to find, my room has a couch area and a bed(very comfy) area with really high ceilings which makes the room feel way bigger. There's a small smoking area at the end of the bathroom area and the showers are the best I've had in any accommodation in a long time. Overall great value.
