The breakfast exceeded my expectations — everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions yet in a peaceful area, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the experience, and the beautiful decoration made the place feel even more special.

I liked everything about my stay, and my parents were very happy too. Cotu, the manager, welcomed us warmly and was always available to help with a smile and kindness.

The interior was nice and host was also good

Location was inside the market and steep stairs. English communication was a challenge for the host

It is in the Medina which is both a good and bad thing. It’s good because you’re right in the action, but it’s also hard to find the place on your own and everyone is looking at you while you’re trying to make your way with your bags. Breakfast was nice, and staff was too.

Please don’t let the photos deceive you, they must have been taken so long ago. Mostly booked this place because of the location and the views / rooftop area. The rooftop and views look NOTHING like the photo. There is no furniture up there and it’s rundown. Our room was on the top floor and it couldn’t even lock which was a safety concern. We found cockroaches in our room too. Also the place was basically empty. Staff don’t really speak English. I feel like we were ripped off based on the conditions of the place.

The roof view was amazing. The A/C in the room works very well

The staff did not speak english. There were a lot of steep stairs which made it difficult to bring our bags up

It was really clean and big, nice details and lovely setting. Really good breakfast with a lot of different things!!

It said cooking facilities so we assumes the kitchen was free to use (we wanted to make a pasta salad). Once we started using the kitchen they told us this was not ment to be used but that it was fine for this one time. So we could cook no problem but it might be important to know for next guests.

Lovely staff and wonderful decor. Loved roof terrace.

Shame breakfast is downstairs but imagine why as roof terrace would have been a lot of steps.and v hot.

The location was great although you need to walk there as taxis have no access to that part of medina. Breakfast was basic but nice. Our top floor bedroom was clean with an access to the terrace however it was quite small and there was no wardrobe only a small chest of drawers. The staff were friendly and helpful- we had lovely conversations with Kotou who prepared our breakfast.

The lack of door to the bathroom- only a curtain separated the room and the bathroom. The amount of steps to the top bedroom was a slight challenge…

Great location, lovely decor, comfortable beds, superb breakfast

Stairs! Very steep and would have preferred breakfast on the terrace not in salon but these are small things - overall we were more than satisfied and the staff were LOVELY.

The location was good, but unfortunately quite noisy – not ideal for light sleepers. Breakfast was very good, with the fresh orange juice being particularly delicious. I wouldn't recommend the place to elderly guests due to many high and steep stairs.

The location is efficient, the breakfast was really good. The terrace doesn’t match with pictures but still quite nice

First of all, we arrived later then expected check in but our room was not ready and in addition we notified several hours before our arrival but no one replied to us. This could be totally fine if upon arrival the staff was at least speaking English or French or Spanish ( any other language than Arabic) and offering maybe a tea or water while waiting. The welcoming was quite disappointing and we needed to wait extra half an hour. Despite the next day there were another stuff and it was completely different story, she was smiling and welcoming and speaking French and English

Located in the medina near the Hotel Continental, all parts of the medina were easily accessible by foot, as was the waterfront. Our room off the terrace was light and airy (but up many stairs). Staff was friendly and especially the young woman who provided our daily breakfasts which were fresh and generous. The roof top has a table to sit and great views over the port to the ocean (and Spain). We found Riad TinJaa to be clean and inviting.

There was no signage, we had to go by google maps, the address and the friendly local shopkeepers. The main floor common area is small, we always chose the one table by the window for breakfast.

The location is absolutely beautiful, on one of the best streets of the city — very cosy, relaxing, and charming. However, no one helped us with the luggage, and the stairs were quite a lot, making it difficult, especially for elderly guests or those with heavy bags. The bed was also too small for two people to sleep comfortably. Overall, the location is fantastic, but be aware that access with luggage can be challenging, and the accommodation might not be the best choice for everyone.

Fabulous, characterful property, in the heart of the Medina, within easy walk of all the local points of interest. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

It was not a problem for us, but be aware that there are many steep steps up to the living area and the bedrooms, so it would not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The lady who did our check in was amazing. Very kind, welcoming. The bedroom and the terrace were beautiful. We arrived very early in the morning so we asked to leave our bags before check in and to collect them after check out. That was not a problem, thank you! The only thing to improve is that the only WC outside the bedroom in the common areas was in a tiny space. The flush was broken, so we had to flush it with the toilet shower. It didn't have a sink either so we washed our hands in the kitchen.

You can hear A LOT of noise from the street. It’s a bit hard to find the place, it would be nice for them to have a sign on the door
