the owner Samira was really kind, we left early in the morning because of travelling and she gave us the breakfast in a takeaway. Lot of thank you 💓

I actually liked the staff, especially the lady, there was a heart-warming welcome from her. The neighborhood is good as well, it was quiet and relaxing there. I really enjoyed my stay. I recommend ❤️

A lovely stay. Being a solo traveller I like to be left alone. This I was. The apartment was quiet which I value. The breakfast a proper Moroccan breakfast not a rubbish breakfast for tourists

    Very clean. Comfortable

The breakfast is very good, the women who takes care of the property is very friendly. Otherall there is not much to complain about.

Toilet / bathroom is a little small, but it's not a big problem tbh. There is no terrace which you often have in Morocco, but it's totally ok.

    Lovely lady, so welcoming!

It needs a bit of work overall, e.g., painting, new furniture, and fixing the tap in the bathroom…

The location of the Raid is great, right in the middle of the medina. A bit difficult to find, but in a quiet side street. Just a short walk from the souk in the medina and to the "ferry" station to cross over to Sale. The owner is very welcoming and friendly.

Unfortunately, nobody was there when we arrived, although we informed about our arrival time. We had to wait 20min until someone showed up. The room had no plugs. The only plug was outside of the room and if you wanted to charge your phone you had to keep it outside in the doorway. There was no nightstand or lamp next to the bed. The bedsheets were clean but the blankets we were given smelled bad. The room had a window but no glass, just some metal bars in front of it. That means that your outside temperature is your inside temperature. This window had also no curtains, so everyone can look into your room. The owner knot a piece of fabric on the metal bars but this barely did the job of a curtain. The bathroom is outside and is shared. Unfortunately, it's so tiny that if someone before you used it, the whole toilet will be wet. The breakfast was ok, but you will need to have it in a dark room at the entrance hall.
