Nothing, although perhaps two clear signs outside the hotel facing both streets that approach it (it's on a corner). The writing on the gold sign on the door is too subtle to be noticed. Google and Apple Maps don't work properly because of the narrow streets.

Booking.com could have provided better directions on finding the property as signage doesn’t seem to be a thing in the Medina. Our taxi dropped us off about a 5 min walk away and it took some time to find the property.

The staff, Ali and Abdu were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and the views were stunning from the terrace.

Absolutely nothing.

There was nothing we did not like about the Riad Dar Yasaman. From the incredibly friendly and helpful staff to the amazing rooftop with the jet pool, everything was perfect. Our room was fully air conditioned which made sleeping very easy. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was gorgeous. The location was great as although we were in the centre of the busy medina, when we were tucked away in the Riad, it was quiet and homely. We honestly could not have asked for more.

The air conditioner in our room didn’t work very well, but the staff quickly made a plan and moved us to another room. A big thanks to the Yasaman team for accommodating us.

The facilities are beautiful and the breakfast is also delicious. You can see a lot of time and effort is put in to make guests happy and comfortable during their stay. The rooftop is a great place to spend lounging around and swimming during the day, and the rooms are spacious and clean.

In the peak of August, temperatures in Morrocco are extremely hot. The only draw back was rooms never fully cooled down.

The air conditioning is quite noisy and I have given my feedback to the staff, noisy and not very cold, hence I gave a 9 and not 10. . I hope they get someone to service the Aircon.

The service from all the staff was excellent! 👌 Extremely helpful. What I like best about the Riad is the fireplace area. It felt like a home with a nice leather sofa. I spent my entire afternoon, on a very hot day in Marrakech, lounging at the sofa! It felt like home. I also like breakfast! It was by far, the best breakfast I had Cheese omelette, natural yoghurt, freshly squeezed OJ, muesli croissants local bread and very good coffee !

Hardness of the bed, and it was two single beds pushed together rather than a large double, meaning there was an uncomfortable gab in the middle of the bed. Air-conditioning wasnt very powerful.

The staff were lovely, helpful and attentive! Absolutely gorgeous Riad with the most lovely Jacuzzi. Greatful to have an information pack and the staff spent time explaining activity options. BEST BREAKFAST & they organised an early breakfast for us one morning, due to the long journey to Merzouga we had. The staff were some of the kindest people, there was an incident with a kitten just outside of the Riad and on our return we noticed the staff trying to help it. I offered to take it to the vets rather than let it suffer and one of the staff members was very greatful and insisted they pay for the taxi themselves (unfortunately the kitten was so unwell it was put to sleep and I paid the vet bill and cost for burial as the staff asked us not to bring it back as there was nowhere to burry it). They seemed thankful I took it.

A wonderful place. The staff go above and beyond for you. I’ve never stayed somewhere so nice before in my entire life! It’s spotlessly clean, the breakfast is lovely, the people are so welcoming and friendly. I honestly couldn’t find a fault in this Riad. I recommend to all my friends and family to go here now if they ever plan to go to Marrakech!

Beautiful road with pool and rooftop. Room was spacious and clean. Ali was exceptional and always eager to help and to do anything to make our stay as amazing as possible. Would definitely stay again.

There are just a couple of small suggestions for improvement. After the room was cleaned, an unpleasant smell came from the shower drain. We covered the drain with a towel and the bin, and the smell disappeared. It might be worth including this as part of the housekeeping routine. Additionally, there were four pillows on the bed and all of them were very thick, which made it difficult for us to sleep on the first night. When I requested a softer, fluffier pillow, I was given a cushion from an armchair in the lobby – which was much better. It would be great if the riad could keep one or two spare, thinner pillows available for guests who prefer a different type. Aside from that, everything else was excellent and we will definitely be booking this hotel again.

Beautiful riad with very attentive personal. We felt right at home. Our room was beautiful and spacious with a large and comfortable bed. The breakfast is delicious and served in the rooftop. The jacuzzi is perfect to relax after strolling in the busy city. We loved the location in the Medina and would definitely stay again!

Perfectly clean, central location in the heart of the Medina, stylish furnishing. Everything was 10/10! The terrace with the jacuzzi was lovely. The staff has been so helpful and kind, very personable and outgoing. Moreover, there's always someone in the facility, also at night. Probably the best riad we have been in Marrakech.
