I was disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. Specifically, the sink taps were loose and clearly in need of repair. Proper maintenance of such basic amenities is essential, and I hope management addresses this soon to improve the guest experience.

We had some issues in getting warm water in the evening. Plus the pressure is weak for a shower.

Location is right in the old part of the town. Close to good restaurants, ATM and the usual touristic spots. It is a neat little guest house with a small terrace on top.

Room was very small not much room to move around. Shower super tiny, water not hot - barely warm for showering. Next to a busy road - noise a bit of an issue.

Staff was very friendly & kind. We found parking very close. Breakfast was good. Clean and safe. Location on the outerside of medina action. A bit run down. Mini fridge was a good perk to keep beverages cool! If you have a tight budget room is okay for a night / the price.

The bedroom was small but we had the use of the common area and that helped. The view was so nice form the balcony. Breakfast was adequate. The location was great, easy walk to all the nice sights.

The room was very cramped as well as the bathroom. The heater stopped working the first night and we could not find someone to help us sort it out. Luckily we had plenty of blankets.

Great location and parking was right across the way. The breakfast was decent, I appreciated having both coffee and tea. Good hot water for the shower. Decent lighting in the room. The street was quiet so it was easy to sleep.

The room had 2 beds, which made it a little tight, and the shower was really tiny.

The bathroom was small and flooded badly with every shower. Staff did not seem to be around in reception much when we wanted to ask any questions.

The location was great as it was on the edge of the old town, so easy to get to from taxi, but just 5 minutes walk up to the main square. The room where breakfast was served was on the rooftop, with a small exterior terrace, which was great. The breakfast was good, with delicious Moroccan bread.

But... If you are a person who is sensitive to road noise, or sensitive to being basically next door to the local drug dealer who has people knocking on his door and calling out his name most of the night, then I recommend you stay at a different location. But, if you are okay with those things, then it's a nice place to stay.

This is a good riad that is well kept. The bed was comfortable, and the place was clean and well decorated. The breakfast was simple and appreciated. The staff were helpful with any requests, and there was plenty of hot water for the shower.
