The rooms were a little old in places but nothing that was awful and we had very comfy beds!

It was this hotel is beautiful designed with lots of different areas to relax including the pool area, spa and rooftop. All were amazing with exceptional service across the board so we felt so welcomed to Moroccan culture (even a free complimentary room upgrade and hand massage). Particular mention to ladies on reception and the rooftop bar staff. Even one of the doormen offered to walk us up to find a taxi during an football event that was happening during our stay. Would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again.

In my opinion the spa could do with a little improvement in that the jacuzzi was not very warm and the steam room wasn’t either.

The hotel room was very good and the staff were all extremely helpful and always ready to help. Had a spa treat with the wife and it was good Fatima and her colleague were very good with the massage. Definitely recommend this hotel

Spacious room (junior suite), friendly bilingual (English-French) staff. The hotel is within walking distance of the historical centre. It features two restaurants, and there are small shops (and other dining options) in the area. The neighbour is quiet and relaxed. A good pick unless you prefer a riad in the city centre.

No kettle in room, sauna room was barely hot, they took forever to bring an iron to my room. Had to call 5 times.

Hotel was clean with good amenities. Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner buffet. Though we didn’t avail the lunch option but the breakfast and dinner buffet were goo value for money with several options. The location is great. Within walking distance of the attractions. 2 mini grocery stores just outside and money changer just a block away. There was also a hotel bar with really good singers. Hotel staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff.

All the ratings given are for the room we spent most of our stay in. The 1st room offered though really large, was poor, semi basement, dark and bathroom in need of a refit. The wines at the Dellarisa were a bit of a shock (can only drink alcohol in Hotels during Ramadan) they're well over priced. Apprix £24 for 2 small glasses. And restaurant pricy too.

The welcome and friendliness of staff. Leila couldn't have been more helpful and made our room cgange very easy for us. Hotels is in a good area, and you can walk to the old town in about 15-20 mins. Excellent breakfast cafe next door.

We had an excellent welcome at the hotel by reception. They were happy to accommodate our early check-in and even got us a free upgrade to a suite . All staff were friendly and took care of all our needs very professionally . Iliass, who is the guest relationship manager, was always available to address any queries we had in the hotel or around Marrakech. He has done a fantastic job. I recommend this hotel to couples or families visiting Marrakech.

The pool and seating area was only in the sun for around 2 hours a day in the morning the rest of the time it’s in complete shade. I never used it or spotted anyone using it. I had issues with my air con in my room after reporting it twice it was still not fixed

The shower water did smell a little funny, but otherwise the hotel and spa was amazing

The staff were amazing, we went for my cousins birthday, they greeted us before we entered and provided us a free upgrade. There’s so much within the hotel.

The bathroom facilities were a bit outdated and the shower lukewarm which we guessed may be due the heating being solar and we visited in January when there are less hours of sunshine .

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and the welcome they gave us on arrival was amazing. The breakfast was very good. The bar staff could not do enough for us. The locations was perfect for us near enough to the Medina to walk there but away from the busier parts of the city. It was near to the start of the marathon which was the reason for our visit.

Some of the facilities (pool and rooftop bar) were not open/available at the time of our stay (over new year) this information wasn’t conveyed before our stay.

The hotel is situated on a good location to access the center of Marrakesh, approx 20-30 minutes walk, with convenience shop and ATM closer, and some excellent places to eat nearby.
