The room was slightly dimly lit, and the lighting in the bathroom was also malfunctioning. Additionally, the wall-mounted towel and mirror in the wall were not suitable due to the bungalow’s unique shape.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the ambiance was both tranquil and comfortable.

We stayed here as a family of three for a week. The whole site is one of the most stunning and unique places we have ever visited. The architectural and interior design blends seamlessly between the traditional and modern yet exudes peace and tranquility. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed which is what we wanted, we loved how small and friendly the hotel was. Even in late October it was sunny and we spent lots of time around the pool reading and playing table tennis. The staff are very attentive and kind and went above and beyond to arrange everything from airport transfers to local visits, entertainment, birthday celebrations and even playing tennis and football with our active teenager. The food was fresh & plentiful with a good varied selection daily especially for such a boutique hotel with multiple places to eat. The animal park was beautifully maintained with happy animals which were clearly well looked after by the many staff we observed each day. We have already recommended the hotel to lots of friends and family and hope they enjoy it as much as we did ! Waiting Staff of note were Mohammad Butter, kammil, and Said. Yussef the animateur was great. Aya and Ismael on reception were superb

Absolutely nothing to dislike about the place, we didn't even know we had checked in or out as its so seamless !

Its like stepping into an oasis the minute you arrive. The warm friendly welcome from every member of staff be it from the gardeners to the owner nothing was ever a problem. We stayed in a lodge surrounded by beautiful grounds and the lodge was enormous. The entire place was clean and tidy, Yousef made sure anything we wanted to do was booked and ready for us from walking round the zoo, feeding Pablo the giraffe, going for a horse ride and the electric bikes around the complex. The food was 1st class including the breakfast, lunch by the pool and the evening meals in Massa. The entertainment was excellent, a lovely blend of traditional dancing to the 3 stunning girls who do three routines from showgirls, Latin and a fire show as the restaurant explodes into life where if you are sitting down you will soon be standing up and joining in on finale ! This oasis of a place is somewhere you want to go to get away from everyday life without the madness, its so beautiful and a credit to the owner who is developing it to make it even bigger and better yet retaining the values of what he intends to set out. We will be going back again and even for a long weekend its an ideal getaway.

Although staff were incredible friendly, attentive and helpful, service was sometimes a little bit slow.

Absolut peaceful oasis with beautiful maintained, tropical gardens, lovely outside seating areas which we could still use in the evenings in January because very effective gas heaters were provided. Not only was it warm but the fire, together with the lit up trees, created a very atmospheric ambiance.The highlight was the attached animal park with a selection of African and South American animals as well as stables with beautiful Arabian horses. Food was excellent with a super breakfast in the morning.It’s a quick transfer from Agadir airport and will take about 45 minutes into Agadir centre.

The only negative I have about the hotel was the poor WiFi. When it worked it was good, but quite often it would cut out at the pool and especially in the room we would have to walk to the window to reconnect. The food menu is all in French but with Google translate that was no big deal.

The hotel was pure paradise, especially the pool area, the grounds of the hotel were very well kept, the room was immaculate and well worth the reasonable price we paid. We chose here because it was away from the city and we wanted to unwind and that's exactly what we got.

We only had 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts while we were at this hotel. I feel based on our stay (which may not have been representative of all diners), that there was room for improvement. The dinner was not representative of Moroccan cuisine which was disappointing. This may have been different on other days but it wasn't our experience. At breakfast, it would have been great if there was an egg station where a variety of dishes were offered. If this was available, we saw no signs of it. However, the quality of the food was excellent and plentiful.

My husband and I were visiting Morocco for 3 weeks. When we entered the gates of Domaine Villate Limoune we felt like we were in a different world! It was like coming across an unexpected oasis - it was beautiful. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to the Royal suite which was a wonderful surprise, but this wasn't just a suite. It was a completely separate area from the rest of the hotel. The suite had a bedroom, a dining area and a huge sitting area for at least 20 people. Outside, there was a private pool, outdoor seating, a separate building with a pool table, grand piano, bar, music system and many more facilities. This was an excellent area for a variety of functions - I wish we had all our family with us! The hotel and restaurant area were very elegant and decorated to a very high standard. There were 3 more pools, a spa, a mini zoo, quad biking and horse riding. We were only there for 2 days and I am sure there were other activities and facilities we hadn't discovered. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place. Overall, this hotel was totally unexpected, beautiful, unique, a very high standard with efficient and friendly staff. Staying here was one of the highlights of our time in Morocco and we would love to come back for a much longer stay.

The reception staff are completely unprofessional. On 30/08/2025 during check-in, the lady at the desk showed no professionalism or respect towards clients. On 31/08/2025 during check-out, the same unprofessional and careless attitude was repeated. This left me with a very negative impression of the hotel. Putting trainees or unqualified people at the reception desk is unacceptable. The reception is the first and last impression for guests, and this clearly shows that the management is either incompetent or simply does not care about its clients.

• Provided staff with allergy information and still received food with those ingredients (nuts). When asked to take back as I'm unable to eat, they attempted to remove it rather than make a fresh dish meaning it was still contaminated. Only realising when eating and my throat starts to get irritated from an allergic reaction. Thankfully it was only 1 bite. • Very far from everything and this isn't clearly shown on bookings.com like others that state how far restaurants and transport are. • Lodge is mostly clean but there were quite a few ants around.

Everything else, a wedding was organized on saturday evening, so the music was so loud WE cannot sleep before 2.pm and fireworks wake UP us AT 5 pm. The swimming pool IS open to external clients, so it IS totally full or people and noisy.
