SwedenThe location is fine, but you usually need a taxi to reach most places. Also, there was an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom.
The staff were very helpful and always welcoming with a smile. The restaurant hall is beautiful with a nice view of the pool. Breakfast was delicious. The building is modern and new, and the room and bed were very comfortable.

The shower tray is too short and the water escapes whilst showering. This causes huge puddling in the bathroom and the small towel provided for the floor is inadequate. AC was not working in first room, they changed the room next day after multiple failed requests for a technician, however the bathroom was too small and badly designed, the WC was too close to the basin and this was very disappointing. Water on the bathroom floor is a slip hazard, room cleaners are not efficient as they don't like to change bed sheets daily, overall I wouldn't stay here again!

PortugalAs the shower add access for reduced mobility, a lot of water leaked from the side and made walking in the bathroom after a shower very difficult.
The Hotel was amazing, and very well located (a bit removed from the centre, but everything was within walking distance). Close to the beach and to restaurants, and the staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The bedroom was big, comfortable and had a lot of storage space. One of the best breakfasts I've ever encountered.

United KingdomLocation not ideal for a tourist. It's in the financial area, where there are lots of banks etc, and a lot of building work going on. The hotel certainly felt as if its main market was business people. A long walk to the beach. On check-in I asked if there was a bar and the receptionist looked at me as if I were asking about kiddy porn. She waved her hand in the direction of the sea saying there were bars and restaurants down there. Now that I know Morocco better, I will be much more aware of which hotels have a bar or serve alcohol with meals. When I asked about going anywhere, only taxis were suggested. Receptionist did not know about airport buses, nor did she have a map. Breakfast was very limited for European customs. Not much fruit, but lots of salads! One young waiter called Mohammed was overly familiar, in my face, quite inappropriate. My room looked good, but: enormous wardrobe but nowhere to have a seat; very, very noisy with traffic outside; coffee machine but no coffee capsule; fridge was warm and empty; when I pulled my phone charger out of the socket the socket came out too; a red light was flashing on the phone but I couldn't work out how to switch it off; when I tried to call the concierge there was a voice message saying his message box was full; when I came out of the lift in the evening I was in pitch black for a few seconds before the automatic lights came on; Receptionist had forgotten to tell me that I would need to engage my room key card in the lift in order to get access to my floor. Went for lunch in the cafe. Took 3 attempts to get hot food. After finishing my main course I sat for 20 minutes and no-one took away my dirty plate or offered me dessert / coffee. When I mentioned this on paying, the cashier and "manager" told me they were only used to serving coffees, not food?????
Nice pancakes at breakfast and good coffee. Most of the staff were friendly, smiley and efficient. Hotel decor was elegant (but without character). Nice shower.

PortugalThe day we wanted to have lunch at the poolside snack bar, we waited twenty minutes and no one came to serve us, despite the staff seeing us sitting down. We asked at reception if the snack bar was not working and they informed us that someone would be there soon. No one ever showed up. At Dominium Café the service was poor both times we visited. The rooms are missing some toiletries such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. It doesn't make sense in a room with two persons to only have a coffee capsule and a bottle of water. There were no glasses.
The hotel is well located, close to restaurants and within short walking distance of Souk El Had. Access to the beach is also quick on foot. The room had a reasonable size with a balcony overlooking the pool and was clean. The breakfast was well served and the staff very friendly, reception staff nice and helpful. SPA service worked well with a friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel grounds felt generally empty, barely any guests coming to use the pool. Lastly, I had to deal with a bug, maybe a cockroach or a black cricket, which came out of no where and makes it necessary to sun dry the contents of my luggage on getting back home.
