loved it, was warmly welcomed and helped around to excursions and things to do around marrakech. I strongly reccomend they were great ! Rooftop was a big plus ;)

the amount of stairs to get to the rooftop, but i just have bad knees...

Extra city tax money added to the stay . Per night, 2.5 euro , which wasn't there in the advertisement.

Everything was well cleaned, comfortable and the manager was very nice all the time.

No things disliked me in particular

- staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, easy to talk to and made us feel very safe as two female travellers. they also provided loads of i for about what we might enjoy doing on our trip -when we had an issue with our room in the middle of the night , the staff was really accommodating helping us solve the problem -breakfast on the terrace was nice - felt very safe, lockers were provided with keys -quick online communication -very clean and amazing location in medina -great quality for the price point

-small suggestion but having a signpost to make the property more visible at night might be useful to help locate it

Spacious rooms with lockers for bags and they provided a lock for these too.

No lock from the main door, but no major issue happened.

Beautiful, comfortable hostel. I felt very comfortable, the girls' room was spacious and clean. But the best thing are the guys who run it, both super helpful. Special breakfast ❤

Everything was good!!

This hostel is a gem! Very well located and easy to find inside the Medina. Youssef was an amazing host, always helping when I needed and providing the best service. The breakfast is simple but enough (coffee, milk, tea, mermen, butter, fromage, jam, honey, bread and boiled egg). Wifi worked really well (I work remotely and didn't have a problem at all). The hostel is overall clean, enough bathroom for everyone and always clean. The terrace has a nice view as well! I didn't use the kitchen to cook, just made some toast but from what I could see you have everything you need to cook a simple meal.

I think a deep clean inside the rooms would be nice, and also a shelf for the top beds to put phones, earplugs etc (a book from the woman on the top bed fell on my in the middle of the night because there's no were to leave it when you sleep).

Very nice hostel with comfortable rooms, different common areas including a really nice rooftop where you can also enjoy your breakfast in the morning. The people working at the hostel are amazing and happy to help and show you around. We had a really good time and even got help after we missed our train and got stranded in marrakech!!

I really liked this place. Everything was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious and the view from the rooftop was beautiful. The hostel maneger and the employees in general were very nice and helpfull. Such a pleasent vibe. Every question you can come up with has an answer. Go here if you want a hostel in marrakech

The hostel had a very friendly atmosphere. It was quite and calm for beeing inside the medina. Rooms were spacious and cleen and the rooftop was nice with two floors. The hostel maneger was very friendly and generous with all his knowledge of both marrakech, moroccan culture and life in general. We missed our train and he helped us creating a new and much better plan for transport the next day - and we got to stay another night. Definitely the best little place in morocco.
