Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

• I didn’t like the behavior of some of the staff there. For example, one of the guards, who was African, spoke to me in French that I didn’t understand, and then insulted me.
I like that it’s close to everything and feels safe.

My room wasn’t very clean when I arrived. There were still hairs all over the sink and the shower door was broken so water got everywhere.

Only 1 towel When taking a shower The water floded the whole room 2. They didn't accept credit card for payment only cash If i knew it's only cash i wouldn't of booked it I thought if i need to reservation by card they will accept a card But they only accepted cash

The first disappointment is that once I entered the room, it was full of cockroaches running everywhere in the room and we asked the staff to change the room and he refused to change claiming the hotel was full but after some back and forth. He changed the room with to a smaller one. It was hot in Marrakech that evening and we asked to turn on the AC in the room, they said it’s not operating even though the room was booked with AC that should be operating in the room as mentioned in the inclusions. There were no toilet papers and ONE towel in the room that was old and dirty.
The location is great but very noisy

The hotel is over a very busy street and the room's window is not isolating the noise as if it was open! This made my stay extremely noisy and irritating sometimes.
The staff was helpful, the hotel location was perfect with a lt to do in a walking distance and the wifi was good for the most part.

Club / Disco next door playing very loud music until early hours of the morning. Very difficult to get to sleep 👎🏼 Building site, next door, very noisy. Difficult to relax 👎🏼 Breakfast was very, very, very basic Nothing cooked to order. Very disappointing 👎🏼 Staff were very good and helpful 👍🏼

I could not sleep at night because of the noise and also, I tried sitting in the swimming pool area but it was not that clean Hopefully they can work on that in the future, besides that, I had a fine experience.
The location is good! And I would like to mention how great the staff were! Like every single one of them, they were so nice and helpful, and especially the night audit that I unfortunately forgot his name, he was so helpful and understanding. I would definitely consider going back for another experience.

It was loud at night as there was a night club right downstairs and it was very loud during the day as there was a construction site next door that made it impossible to stay in the room from 09.30 to 6pm. The construction seemed just started and that will take a long time
The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine. Heating working. Facilities were good!

Bad and pillows were dirty. TV only got local stations. Air conditionner old and noisy. If they renew the rooms, it would be a very nice hotel because it's location is very very good.

It can be better comparatively to the price. We took a triple room, on the street, 5th flood: it was noisy, hot, ... 1 towels for all fmilly ... Wifi is a myth! There were no parking, the night club in the entrance knows people very noisy. In sum, a place where to spend a night while passing by marrakech.
In fact, it was clean room, but basic.

there were lots of work around that started around 7h30 in the morning and the hotel did not put any notice regarding that , there is also a night club attached to the hotel that is badly isolated so you hear everything.
