The staff were the best part. Mustapha and Youness were very lovely the bar staff was very friendly and Sara, the relationship manager was very professional and nice we had an issue and she sorted it out promptly, it was one of the best customer services I have encountered in all my travels. The food was also very nice I especially loved the sea food rice. I also liked the fact that they organised games in the pool. This brought people from different cultures working together forming friendship and also the fun game nights I enjoyed the karaoke. There was something for everyone little, young and elderly. The Dj was on point too

Connections and network evenif I had claimed many times but in vain

Unlimited food and Giving me the opportunity to eat breakfast early like 6.45 because we are leaving at 7am.

We were aware that the hotel was some distance from the centre of Marrakech, but knew we'd spend most of our time there, so fine. Swimming pool was great (for all ages) and there were ample sun beds. Easy to get a taxi into the centre and visited Jardin Majorelle and the Medina, although mid 40 degrees made it 'interesting'. Knew this when we booked though. Staff were all very friendly and helpful (Oumayma was an absolute star and our son wants to keep in touch with her!), food was good....something for everyone.

Albeit the all-inclusive drinks were fine by us (many people disappointed that they were not branded), the bar needs to be organised better. Staff constantly searching for clean glasses. Some drinks running out before the 11pm closing. And you need to collect alcoholic drinks at this bar and carry to restaurant if you want them during meals, as only soft drinks available in the restaurant area.

Food was amazing and staff was very nice

Water in swimming pool could be cleaner and all the attractions was only in french ( no english) so we couldn't join and have fun. Hot water was only in the mornings so after pool we had cold showers.

It was comfortable for my family

I understand it is Africa but I think there needs to be a deterrent to the flies and wasps around the food and drinks.

Extremely nice staff

We had the most amazing experience at this all-inclusive resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. A huge shoutout to the animation team, Aomar, Younes, (restaurant), Oumaima, and Sara, who brought so much positive energy and made every day fun and memorable. And everybody else who's name I didnt mention. Their enthusiasm and kindness truly made a difference in our stay. Also the bar staff thank you so much. Everybody is really hard working and deserves the best. The reception team was equally fantastic always helpful, professional, and friendly. Everything was well-organized and stress-free from check-in to check-out. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience every day. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this resort to all our friends and family. It was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!

The property was absolutely relaxing and so clean the room was spacious and so comfortable. The food was absolutely out of this world outstanding. Many choices and delicious. The pool was spectacular lovely day and night the entertainment was great my kids loved it

What I liked best about this property is the entire staff. In my opinion this resort is amazing because of the staff. They work so so so hard to make sure everyone is happy and everything is perfect at all times. If you can’t find something they will make sure they get it for you. Exceptional serve from all. Big thank you to them all. I have a son who’s 13 with autism and they made him feel safe, comfortable and made sure he was included. Thank you to Youness and Youseff from the snack bar and all the guys running that bar. They worked so hard and amazing customer service they were really special people… and Omar from the cafeteria was like a friend we had for a long time went out of his way to make sure my special needs son had everything he needed. I will definitely recommend and come back in future

The staff were all great, particularly some of the wait staff and Mustapha out the front. Made us feel welcome and were fantastic with the kids.

Would have been nice if all the slides were open and it entertainment in the evenings wasn't as late.

A Perfect Family Getaway – Truly Feels Like a Palace! We absolutely loved our stay at El Olivar Palace in Marrakesh! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the grandeur and beauty of the resort. The rooms are incredibly spacious—truly fit for a palace—and immaculately clean. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. It’s a very kid-friendly place, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable as a family. The water slides are a huge hit with the children—they were entertained for hours! There’s also plenty of open space for kids to run around safely. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay—extremely polite, warm, and always eager to help. Their friendly nature made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. The food options were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes to suit every taste. Whether you’re looking for local Moroccan flavors or international cuisine, there’s something for everyone. Another big plus is the resort’s location—just a short drive from the airport, which is perfect after a long journey. The gardens and outdoor areas are beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment. The pool area is also stunning, with plenty of loungers and shaded spots to unwind. Altogether, El Olivar Palace exceeded our expectations in every way. We’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Marrakesh!

If you do all exclusive you get to drink from the snack bar free & for kids ice cream and non alcoholic drinks as well.

They didn’t offer a ride to the airport from the hotel. If you do exclusive you should receive that service as well.

Amazing staff, specially Mr OMAR and his team (youssef, hakim…) Special thanks for the receptionist lady who offered us a room upgrade! I will definitely come back again and recommend it to my family and friends

The hotel need renovation

Amazing experience, great hotel, huge swimming pool. But what impressed me the most is the level of hospitality of the staff. I send a special big thanks to Youssef in the snackbar, (Omar, Tarik, Raja and others) in the restaurant,l. The staff in reception and guests relatio. ( Sara , mustapha... ) they think about every single detail they are kind and careful. Not to forget the women of room service, providing us with everything we need. I recommend this hotel for families. I will come back with no hesitation. Last but not least the party host ( Mehdi ) the skilled guy with seven languages 😄 top in hosting parties and creating ambiance. Finnaly the guys from swimming pool who are organizing different activities for adults and kids . Thanks a lot for your kindness and welcoming

Didn’t give us the number of beds required and which we selected, didn’t change our sheets at all, took our towels without giving replacements.

We had a great fantastic here. The staff went out of their way to look after us including an upgrade to a suite. Sara on reception was fantastic and made sure we were happy - the room was spacious and bed super comfortable. The swimming pool was great and safe for little kids and super fun. Food was yummy and huge variety with loads of options. We only stayed for one night and it felt like such a fab mini break and an amazing end to our 8 day travel around morrocco. Really relaxing and luxurious stay. Staff were so kind to the kids and took the time to play football with them. They are desperate to come back again soon. Cant recommend enough!
