We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there after a long days travel. The caretaker was very helpful and efficient. He gave us good advice about Kenitra. The hotel was close to good restaurants and cafes. The apartment was very good value for money and we enjoyed our stay there.

MoroccoThe flat in on the third floor with no lift so it is not ideal for people with limitted mobitily and the elderly. Beds are a bit squeaky and the flat could do with carpets as there are none. Also, one blanket per room in winter wouln't suffice.
The host was friendly and available.The keyless chech-in was smooth enough. The flat is spacious and clean and most importantly the shower in hot with good water pressure. There is space to park the car just outside the building and the area is qyuiet and safe despite been around 15-20mins drive from the city centre.
