The price for room is ok (we pay about 730 MAD for 6pax/night with breakfast). But we take a small snack with tea and some coffe (only 2 omelets with bread for 6 people as we have dinner just before) and next day we was asked to pay 700 MAD! EVERYTIME ASK FOR PRICE BEFORE!

Super friendly host and delicious food

The doors are very loud and the walls thin, so if there are other people leaving early you will wake up.

The place is very remote with the road under major construction. Very cold with no heating provided and no rugs on the floor. Booked at €1 per night and when we arrived there the owner wanted €24 a night saying it was a mistake which if it was he had February and April at the same price! We left after 4 days and went back to atlas 4 seasons which gave us a good price and was much better

Super friendly guys and a comfy bed. Hot water and tea and snacks on arrival. Best tagine on the trip and best breakfast on the trip. We were there on motorbikes and they gave us a looked garage to put them in.

The room was very basic but it was very cheap. The charges for dinner seemed a little higher than average on our 7 day trip but it was very good and by UK standards it was still VERY cheap.

It was a very very nice experience in the guest house. They cultivate in front of the house, the rooms are nice, the living room where we eat is incredible, the village is authentic and the people is nice... The manager Abdoul is a person with a huge heart, he helped us a lot and we were very confortable in every moment. He came with us for a walk along the river, telling us the history of the village and showing their agriculture. If you like rural places, you must stop here. And EAT THERE!! We took breakfast, meal and dinner with them. Everything incredibly tasty and huge quantity.

This is a very special place. We cannot recommend it enough for an authentic stay in a more remote mountain village! It's due to the location and most of all our host Abdoul. Abdoul, who speaks fluent English, makes you feels right at home and takes the time to tell you about his life, family and the village. He was also kind to show us around in the village from which we learned alot. It felt so genuine. The rooms are basic but the bed is comfortable and it's quiet at night. We slept well here! The food at the guesthouse is some of the best and most plentiful we have had.

It is really at the heart of the Atlas. The family was very kind and the food delicious. Thanks again!

The only issue was the cold but they gave us plenty of blankets to pass a warm night

We had a very nice stay in Hassan's guesthouse. Hassan is a very kind person and tries everything to make your stay as nice as possible. He took his time to explain to us the off-road-route through the Atlas from Ifoulou to Dades Valley. It was a beautiful journey.

This place is a real treat. The accommodation is basic, but very clean and comfortable with your own bathroom and a surprisingly killer shower (great water pressure and very hot water, which was needed after a long drive)! The setting is wonderful and quiet, with a balcony overlooking the family garden, with the river just below. But above all, the hospitality is what really makes this place stand out. We arrived a bit late, having misjudged travel times, and we were still offered and served a really exceptional tagine. We do not speak French, only a little Arabic, but the owner went out of his way to show grace and communicate with us and was super patient with our stumbling use of Google Translate :-). Would not hesitate to stop by here again. We only regret that we didn't have the time on this trip to explore the absolutely gorgeous surroundings and have another delicious meal. the olive oil and bread were divine, as well. On the whole, the most memorable place of our short week-long break. Thank you!

It was great. Nothing bad to say about the Guest House at all. The only caution is that if you are driving up from the south (we came from Ouarzazate) just be sure to build a bit of extra time in for driving. We had a tiny rental Kia, and they were re-building the roads, so it was very slow going. The northern stretch of the road (toward Demnat) had mostly been completed and was really great, fun mountain driving. It's possible by the time you travel the southern bit will be done, but maybe just something to make sure to ask about if you are coming around early 2024?

We had a great stay surrounded by many warmhearted people. If you're there go on a hiking trip with Abdul! That has been a very special experience with great insights into the maroccean culture, beautiful landscape and a lot of tea invitations. We would definitely recommend it to your friends and family.

The location! It’s a great spot to discover the Atlas region. The staff was welcoming and helpful. They have a big garden where they grow all the vegetables and thus the food was very good! Abdul took great care of us. He speaks excellent English and knows the area very well. He offered to take us for a hike and as this was one of the reasons for us to come to this location, we were glad to have a local to show us around (it feels a lot more comfortable then going on your own). Abdul can tailor a walk to your needs, from a short walk through the village to a proper hike through the mountains to multiple days with a tent. He explained a lot about Morocco, the culture, people and the region!

The room was very basic and simple. It has everything you need but some pictures, a shower curtain and some small things would improve the room by a lot.

The family who run the place are absolutely lovely. The location is stunning. Really excellent dinner and breakfast at a reasonable price.

No major complaints. The room was quite basic but that's to be expected in a remote location like this.

Oh what an amazing place out there in the High Atlas - we were looking for a nice location to go for a hike in the mountains on our way between Ben Haddou and Ouazoud and our expectations were exceeded by far. The hosts (speaking several languages incl. English, French and some German) are incredibly friendly and helpful, took us fishing and for a walk through the village and prepared amazing food. The second day they arranged a hike in the nearby mountains and a visit to picturesque Megdaz Village, even further in the mountains. 100% recommended.

    nothing really

It's hard to put into words just how amazing it was -the hosts were very welcoming and eager to share their knowledge of life in the High Atlas -delicious moroccan food -one of the highlights of my stay was gathering around the campfire, drinking mint tea with the hosts and singing traditional Moroccan songs It was such a unique and memorable experience that I will never forget. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable adventure in Morocco. I can't wait to return and experience it all over again.

    Property response:
