The dividing wall between the rooms in the apartment does not go all the way to the top, so sound and light travels easily between the rooms. Just wear an eye mask and/or ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Imsouane was one of my favourite places in Morocco and a big part of that came down to my stay here. The guys who work here are awesome, Mohamed and Hassan are super attentive and kind. The location is perfect, a bit removed from the main part of town so it's pretty quiet, but still a short walk to the surf (the walk back is uphill, so you will get your workout in!). The breakfast and family dinners Hassan makes are delicious and it is a fantastic place to meet other travellers and make friends to surf with. Amine was my surf instructor during my stay and he is one of the very best and made it so fun. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, and the terrace and main area have incredible views. I hope to be back again some day, thank you from Canada :)

The guesthouse was a bit empty when I arrived so it was difficult to meet people there at first (probably due to low season) but soon enough it filled up :)

The location was great, just 7mins from the bay and La Cathedrale (if you are here for surfing). Enough spaces to leave your board and hang your wetsuit. The staff was super friendly, they also let me use the washing machine when I ran out of clothes ;) Hassan’s restaurant on the roof is amazing, the breakfast was super tasty and nourishing after a surf session - as well as the family dinner which is offered every few days. Big thanks to him and his team, will be back for sure :)

Regarding the hosts: imagine the nicest people. You are not there yet... They are nicer! Hassan, Mohamed and Kabir will do everything for you to have a fantastic experience in Imsouane. Their cooking is top! If you like surf, sea cost, a traditional harbour, dogs and nice people wibes, Imsouane is the place to be and Golden Wave a cool place to stay.

The shower head holding fixture was broken in my bathroom so I couldn't stand under the shower and had to hold it making it difficult to wash your hair. It should be fixed. Also the bathroom door should have a lock - since it's shared.

This was a very comfortable stay, the building was clean, safe and I felt very welcome and happy staying here. The breakfast was very good and the staff were so kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the group dinner particularly the tagine. I would happily return for another stay.

Fantastic. The best place we stayed on our trip to Morocco. ALL the staff are very kind, very welcoming and very funny. We extended our stay here multiple times because we could not leave this place. Hassan cooks the best food and makes 'family dinners' so the guests can eat together if you want. Mohammed makes sure our room is perfect and was very generous and kind towards us. Cabir (sorry if I spell wrong) is hilarious and I will miss playing darts with him. I can't make a list of all the things they did to help us, but they went above and beyond and I felt very safe and very happy to meet them. 100% please stay here, the boys are amazing! Every apartment has 2 rooms, you share a big kitchen, living room and bathroom, it is perfect for making friends and having some privacy. The rooms are VERY clean, we actually saw them lifting ALL furniture off the floor to clean literally everywhere. Amazing!! Bar area and big 360 view roof terrace, perfect at sunset. Friendly and helpful staff! The apartment has everything you need to cook meals, relax, or work. The rooftop view is beautiful and equipped with coffee and breakfast. We rented boards and suits, as well. We extended our stay for 3 additional nights because it was so perfect. Would definitely recommend and return!

The bed wasn't the comfiest ever, as many in Morocco, but ok for me. Would be nice to have some chairs and a little table on the terrace.

Little apartment with everything you need for a stay in Imsouane. Clean, kitchen, fridge, soap provided, hot water, terrace. Laundry included in the price. Perfect for a couple, 3 minutes walking from the bay (500 metres).

The only thing that I would improve was a blank space in the wall above the door cause it was easy to hear noises in the corridor.

I had a lovely stay, loved my breakfasts with the oceanview. I spent a lot of time on the the terrace playing guitar that was available for the hotel guests. They organized a taxi for me at a good price and the hosts were so welcoming and nice!

WIFI was non-existent at points, and the twin room we booked had open area above the door into a common area - it didn't feel private or quiet at all.

The room was very comfortable and the rooftop terrasse is just perfect for meeting new people, watching the sunset or eating delicious food. Also the staff is so nice. Especially Muhammad will make you feel like home and will help you with anything.I would defenitely recommend this place!

The shower drain seemed to be a bit blocked, as it took ages to drain. The TV seemed to have no channels and I couldn't get it to connect to the internet, but it didn't bother me as there's better things to do in Imsouane than watch it anyway. Also it was a pain to use the cooker, since the 'spark' thing didn't work, and I had to go and borrow one from the staff to boil some water. As it was a private room, I'd expect some soap in the bathroom and also shower gel, but had to use my own. The WiFi was also a bit patchy, despite them making an effort and having lots of routers/boosters - it kept losing signal on video calls. Overall, though I would definitely recommend the place, and am glad I booked there, but they could easily make it even better, with a few small improvements!

The staff were really friendly, and I liked the room (and balcony), and the apartment was also generally nice - with a good, comfortable living room and it was nice to have a fridge to keep food (and water) cold. It was also great to be and use the washing machine to get all clothes clean and dry - great drying facilities on the rooftop, where it was also great for chilling.
