Bathrooms were clean but could be better- definitely needs updating.

Great value for money. Location was amazing. Staff were very helpful- nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was very good- lots of food options. Rooms were clean. Will definitely recommend.

Super comfy bed, generous size of room, with fridge & kettle. Large, bright, modern bathroom. Lovely pool view with balcony.. exceptional breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed using the pool and sunbeds (towels provided). We had a lovely stay, thanks 😊.

The staff at the breakfast was not welcoming and attentive. Fatima Zahra (making hot bread) was one of the few who smiled and served well. More attention should be paid to these details.

Ibrahim at the reception gave us the warmest welcome. The room was a good size. Breakfast was ok. Housekeeping staff was one of the best we have ever experienced. The hotel is located on a beautiful road, leading to a shopping mall on one side at the end of the road and train station on the other, right outside the hotel. We tried the spa at the hotel. The neck and shoulder massage was absolutely fantastic.

Everything was good.

Location was great, just one minute from rail station. Rooms are big and clean, the view over the pool was great ,and friendly staff, I would like to mention Chakib was amazingly helpful.

The Grand Plaza Hotel is a great hotel. The rooms are spacious with a high standard bathroom, there is a beautiful pool area, a delectable breakfast spread and light and airy interiors. However, what makes the hotel is the incredible staff. They were so kind to me during my stay, which I am so grateful for. I was feeling ill after climbing the Atlas Mountains and they were so considerate and helpful. From taking my bags to printing my boarding pass to finding a space for me to rest. They took such good care and had a warm manner. I would highly recommend staying here and I would visit again. Thank you!

Stayed here for a night after my flight was messed up. They allowed me to check in early. Lovely pool with bar and restaurant with cheap food and drinks. Good location next to the station with lots of restaurants and facilities nearby.
