It is a very simple accommodation, but they have to change the followings: - matras (if you are kit young and fit you might have a back pain after a night there) - bedding (I had the most ridiculous old boys car-printed bed shits) - towel (was old and smelly, full of stains) - fix the toilet sit (it was simply broken and I could see that they don’t clean the toilets with brush and special liquids) - ventilation in the bathroom (there is a curtain that separates toilet/shower from the room and there is no ventilation, so it was always smelly and humid in the room) - they couldn’t help me to find a taxi when I was leaving after 1 week of staying there. Thanks to the cafe next door, who helped me out

The lady that did the check-in was very nice, but did not speak English. No information was given and the hot water in our room did not work. The location is nice and right in front of it is a very nice restaurant/bar with amazing sea view.

Directions and knowing where to park were a little confusing, but locals affiliated with the place or restaurant next door helped us out as soon as we asked.

Everything was fine. We were there for only one night, but it looks like a great location for a longer beach vacation. Would stay again.

The room said 3 beds but there was a double and a very narrow second mattress that would be quite hard for an adult to sleep on. The waste water from the sink went all over the bathroom floor and the toilet was a bit broken and didn’t flush well. The shower had run out of gas so we had to have cold showers as couldn’t find staff to fix it at the time.

The terrace was lovely and a great place to do a morning yoga stretch. It only has one table but nice tiles and great views. Can watch the sunset from here or it’s just a stones throw away from the beach to watch the sunset over the sea. Ilham was very helpful and friendly and made a small new years celebration for us with food and music. Owner was a bit rude during the celebration and spoke very loudly on the phone for a lot of the celebration, at the table, so it was hard to talk to other guests! We swam in the sea at paradise beach - it was lovely and clean, clear and safe.

Surprisingly expensive for what it is. Bed was too small I (180cm) had to sleep diagonally. Low water pressure. Cramped toilet with a used toilet paper basket that wasn’t emptied for 3 days. Perpetually wet floor in the toilet. There’s no gate on the south side of the Medina so it’s much further from the old town than you think. Incorrect location on google maps. Turn around from marked location; first right first left first door on the right.

This hostel is very good value for money. You're very close to the city centre and right next to the beach. The man that runs the hotel -Abdal Qadir- is also really friendly and very knowledgeable about Morocco and Assilah!

The shower arrangement kinda feels like a prison cell with no separation between the bedroom and the toilet area except for a curtain. Not sure why they would cheap out on fixing a sliding door or something similar. Felt gross to be sleeping right next to pooping area. But they’re still new so hopefully they’ll fix it. Also, no soap provision or any other extras other than a towel and a one legged fan. Need to put more love and attention into the amenities as well. Kinda expensive for the value provided. I suppose you’re paying to be close to the ocean.

In my room wasn't the door to the bathroom. As I travelled alone any problem to me but maybe if you stay with other person in the room could be a little bit more challenging:)

I really loved stay in this accommodation. My room was beautiful, full of light,, clean, silent with gorgeous view. They helped my book the taxi to the airport there which was really helpful! They offered welcoming tea and chatting with young daughter of the owners was really pleasant. She was also excellent cook and I had very good breakfast there.

We booked an appartment for 4 persons, we got one with only one doble bed and 2 adults hat to sleep in the leaving room but on a coach as the description said, there is no sleeping coaches. Even wrost the coaches there were only 60 cm wide, there is no person who can sleep a whole night on them, not even small children. The description of the appartment is absolutly wrong. Besides this it was very very drity, the refrigerator was moldy and dirty, it has never been cleaned. The toilett also covered with mold and so old and extremely dirty, the sheets did not fit even the only bed in the appartment and there were only 2 switchers for the charging the phones in the whole app. Do not book there, the quality is really bad, for the price you get something better in whole Marroco. The owners are not helpful and did not wanted to recoment restaurants if the do not take you themselves there, because they get a commision from the restaurants. Check the picture of the horror show 😱...

Good family run guesthouse, with an excellent terrace overlooking the Atlantic ans ideal for sunset. Good location and easy to find by the side of the Medina. kitchen available to use and local shops nearby. Comfy beds with towels provided for free. Great value for money. I was here over Ramadan and stayed for a week. I was made to feel at home by the owner and his lovely.family. highly recommended

From the booking page you couldn’t understand how small was the flat and that the shower was on top of the toilet. Breakfast was very poor but cheap.
