Overall good value The rooms were spacious with an outdoor sitting area and nice views of beni mellal and the mountains Beds were comfortable with lots of cushions and pillows Breakfast was delicious but needs a vegetarian menu : tomatoes cucumbers salads and more cheeses The area around the hotel has few points of interest: you need to take a taxi to the castle and the park on the mountain and the downtown area The outdoor seating area adjacent to the restaurant very relaxing piace to have lunch ( and even better you are greeted by friendly meowing cats)

Bed was very hard, parking was supposed to be free but a guy stopped us as we left in the morning demanding 10MAD.

Our room faced a busy road so it was a bit noisy from 6am. I suppose we could have asked for a room overlooking the mountains, but we didn't.

Our room was clean, the beds comfortable the bed linen snowy white. Our bathroom was clean. Breakfast was delicious and it included Berber breads, fresh orange juice, croissants and eggs and good coffee. One morning we had some porridge which was also good. We loved the view from the rooftop. Our room was on the 5th floor and had a balcony. There was a fridge in our room which was useful for cooling water. We liked the location of the hotel, just 15 minutes walk from the centre of town. And near the bus station.

The room was not really clean. There is cigarette smoke smell in the whole restaurant... The staff in the restaurant doesn't speak English and they are not professional (we ordered VEGAN tajin for the next day's dinner at a specific hour, since the day before in the menu there was tajin but they told us it would take 2h cooking it, so at the end we didn't order it the first evening... which was strange since it never happened before in Morocco in so many years. We arrive for the next dinner on time, we ask tajin and then we wait two hours!!! Then tajin arrive and instead to be vegan was with the chicken everywhere!!! What the.......). We have other episodes, but this one was the funniest... the others were similar by the way. So the staff really doesn't give to much attention on customers.

The way they turn the internet off on the rooms whilst the cafe/restaurant are open. It's obvious they are doing this.

Nicely located. Room had a balcony where I could sit and look out onto the terrace below, (if I wanted). It was a very big room. The staff were very friendly. The food was good. It was well priced.

We spent 1 night there. We were very positively surprised. Helpful, smiling staff, clean and spacious room. Breakfast to choose from, very good choice for one night. Parking on the main street in front of the hotel. 10 minutes by car to the southeast - a small Beni Mellal castle, below a nice park with a small waterfall. Driving even higher, about 10 - 15 minutes, beautiful views of the Sammet du Tassemit peak.

The noisy neighbours in two directions who were using their room to full effect. Glad I didn’t have kids with me - there would have been distress and some awkward explaining to do. It did make me think the hotel was renting some rooms by the hour. The decor was dated and on one morning there was no hot water however long I waited. But for Beni Mellal maybe that’s about as good as it gets.
