United Kingdomlifts are absolutely annoying dont work properly floor layout with lift found it odd having in between 2 floors one day lift was not working lifts are out dated very slow both lifts tend to work at the same time Breakfast is not all that not much a verity they cant seems To keep up with the tea keep running out of tea u have to wait for 10 min id give the breakfast big miss id rather eat else where
Hotel its self is ok slightly out of the way from the main amenities house we had a family suit with 2 huge bedrooms which was perfect for us only had aircon in one room not both rooms

The hotel very close to everything. Walking distance great place to stay with kids. Momo was a major help he was the best. I couldn’t have enjoyed agadir without him. He really guided us best manager ever.

IrelandRoom is very dirty, need big big time to clean inside out. Very poor hygiene! All the towels are discoloration, and bed mattresses are dirt, hair and dusty left. Bed sheets are dirty marks on them. Such a shame for a beauty hotel decor with bad hygiene! Attention to management and boss please provide more staffs to improve this essential facilities! Hotel location is very convenient to access to all local entertainments. Very safe and on a main road easy to find. The restaurant staffs are very helpful and friendly, especially restaurant manager named Mohamed! Great english service, smile all the time. gave us a great city informations for our stay.
