The hallway to the rooms too dark, not enough lighting. The furniture in the room is definitely due for a change and overall makeover.

The lobby, the pool, and the restaurant and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming.

Didn’t like one extra toilet bidet. It could have been in the same toilet seat. Cleanliness of terrace could be more good .

lifts are absolutely annoying dont work properly floor layout with lift found it odd having in between 2 floors one day lift was not working lifts are out dated very slow both lifts tend to work at the same time Breakfast is not all that not much a verity they cant seems To keep up with the tea keep running out of tea u have to wait for 10 min id give the breakfast big miss id rather eat else where

Hotel its self is ok slightly out of the way from the main amenities house we had a family suit with 2 huge bedrooms which was perfect for us only had aircon in one room not both rooms

The Air Con was not working and when the engineer came and said it was working 20 minutes later was off again.

The room we stayed in was facing a night club so the noise at night was terrible. Asked front desk to change room but they couldn’t.

The hotel very close to everything. Walking distance great place to stay with kids. Momo was a major help he was the best. I couldn’t have enjoyed agadir without him. He really guided us best manager ever.

Room was very small, its 2 person room and they add small bed inside, and there no enough place to walk, dirty toilet, breakfast was normal, and location is good

No room facilities like kettle and hot drink making.no iron in the room.shower drains were slow to run water escaped into rest of bathroom. Toilets smelled after even been cleaned each day.?blocked sewerage?

Location was ok for walks. Breakfast was ok but hot drinks machine kept breaking during breakfast time so que would develop for coffees and hot food counter was busy.

I asked for an iron on a few occasions but there was never any available.

The staff are very friendly. Badr is very welcoming and made sure we had a good stay at Hamilton.

I arrived early hours of the morning and was thirsty when I asked the staff if I could get a drink (non alcoholic) from anywhere some pretended they didn’t understand and one said no I’d have to wait till morning breakfast

Way to the beach is more than 15 minutes, we took taxi.

Breakfast was fully okay. Nice balcony and view. There are a lot of shops, cafes and nightlife around.

Room is very dirty, need big big time to clean inside out. Very poor hygiene! All the towels are discoloration, and bed mattresses are dirt, hair and dusty left. Bed sheets are dirty marks on them. Such a shame for a beauty hotel decor with bad hygiene! Attention to management and boss please provide more staffs to improve this essential facilities! Thank you 👍🏼

Hotel location is very convenient to access to all local entertainments. Very safe and on a main road easy to find. The restaurant staffs are very helpful and friendly, especially restaurant manager named Mohamed! Great english service, smile all the time. gave us a great city informations for our stay. Really appreciate his help.

Toilet flush was very weak Bathroom had an odd smell We requested 2 separate rooms instead of 1 family room, which would have been less expensive than what we actually booked, but were denied

It was a pleasant stay one thing the safe in the bedroom was not operational so I had to keep valuable in luggage the ac remote did not have batteries no toiletries
