Ugh, the shower was the worst, 'cause I love warm water. I could never get it right, you know? It was either freezing or scalding, no happy medium. Plus there was no TV so i couldnt watch netflix

The vibes were awesome. The staff was super friendly and always there to help, and the riad is a little out of the way, so it's quiet, away from the dogs and kids. It's a great spot for a couple looking to chill and have a peaceful vacation. I would recommend it for couples who seek peace and to chill

The shower drain in the bathroom doesn’t work properly, so when you take a shower, you end up standing ankle-deep in water.

The hotel staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Morris speaks good English, which made things much easier. I highly recommend visiting the nearby beach called "Bay Beach" — it’s definitely worth a stop. Another big plus was the secure motorcycle parking available on the hotel grounds. Overall, I recommend this place!

It didn't look clean especially the bathroom. No heating or hot water. There were a lot of construction work beside, so it was noisy.

The area of imsouane was a big disappointment. Obviously, this is not the fault of the riad itself. There is a lot of development going on in the area and much of the town is a building site (although it looks more like a war zone). But worse than this is the rubbish/litter lying around. Also building rubble litters the area as it not just contained to the building sites. Our room had a balcony and interrupted view of the sea, which sounds lovely, but the waste land between the riad and sea looks like a rubbish tip. There is also some planned building work there, so we were also looking out onto exposed pipes and holes where digging had begun. The area is great for surfing and the beaches could be pretty if they were cleaned up. We left this area a day early and travelled further up the coast. Riad was 10/10 Imsouane 0/10

This is a lovely riad, nicely decorated. The staff are very helpful. They also serve alcohol and play live music in the evenings.

We shut all our windows and doors before going to bed and killed all the flies we could find yet in the morning the room had many buzzing around. Noise: the room was located directly over the front door, A late arrival was knocking and woke us and then in the morning the setup and cleaning downstairs echoed through the whole building and woke us again.

The location was nice because it was away from the restaurant area which was loud and had lots of people, plenty of street parking. The bed was one of the most comfortable we stayed in our two week trip, the room was a nice size and design. The staff at the desk were very friendly helping us check in and showing us the room. they even allowed us to store some take away food in the fridge overnight.

No air con in room so it was very hot. We couldn’t leave the patio door open as the mosquitoes would then come in. There was no cable to enable the tv to be used. A fridge would’ve been good to have. Shower water kept flooding a bit in the bathroom. Had to ask for clean towels. A bit dirty in a few places in the room.

Location was good, the food was amazing. Spacious room. Beer and wine served. Lovely, friendly staff.

The nocturnal brothel generally we choose these small towns for their calm. I'm not against music or parties. Dancing but its isolated. Not being able to sleep up. 12:30 was too much

Could not get WiFi in our room. Strong drain smell in the bathroom. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade our room for 100 dirham (10 euros) to a room with a private bathroom. We agreed but when we came down from our room on the first morning, we were told that another 100 dirham was needed for the upgrade on the second night. We had assumed that the 100 dirham we already paid would have covered the cost of 2 nights! We didn't want to move all our stuff so we paid it as we didn't really have a choice. If we had wanted to spend that much per night on a room, then we would have budgeted that price from the outset as there are lots of other places to stay in imsouane. Because of this, we would probably not stay here again.

Large room, bright, airy and the bed was comfortable. Clean room and bathroom. Bathroom had powerful, hot shower. Good location - only a few minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Imsouane. Friendly service. Sells beer. Nicely decorated.
