Excellent value for money budget hotel. It is located walking distance from the old Fez medina and is a quiet place away from the bustle. Rooms are bright with lots of natural light. Safe location. Roof terrace is amazing and the breakfast is very good. The staff are also very kind and helpful.

The hot water tank made loud bangs for an hour or 2 after every shower or even at random times.

The bloke on the front desk who spoke English was very helpful. Very good location and the breakfast was great.

The most helpful and kind people. They helped me with information and things I needed. Gave me a better room, as it was available for the night. All in all great experience. All you need and you for the price is perfekt. Also it could be a plus that it is on the edge of the old town so it is more peaceful there and easier to navigate in tbe evening to find your hotel 😁

The bathroom was small and breakfast was from 9am to 11am which is very late. Also, breakfast preparation time took nearly 40 minutes.

I love the staff. They’re very helpful and kind and I have stayed here several times. It’s in a great location very close to all the action but very quiet at night. Breakfast is served on the rooftop and is huge and delicious, almost enough for the whole day. I also love the smart decor and the comfy bed

I was given room with private bathroom because it was available, even I had paid for shared bathroom! There is parking space for motorbikes in front of the reception.

Points of improvement: awfull smell of gutter coming out of the bathroom filling also the room. Door couldn't be locked by key from the inside. Hygiëne at breakfast could be better. There was a hair in the jam I got. And also the taste could be better. Msemen served cold. Showerhead needs to be replaced. Bathroom walls full of mold.

Friendly staff. For the price I've paid, I found it not bad in general. Spacious room. Good location near the medina but in a quite street. No noises from outside, but at 8 in the morning the lady working there started talking really loud next to my room waking me up.

When your neighbour hotel guests talk loudly, you can hear them, and the toilet pot's foot was a bit broken. For the rest a pleasant stay.

The staff is super friendly 😃 Othman and Kamel welcomed us with a great smile and were always there for questions about the neighbourhood or to get a taxi for us. Fatimazahra makes a real good Moroccan breakfast and as much mint tea of coffee as you like. At night it is very quiet, in the morning you hear birds chirp. The hotel looks traditional ✨

This accomodation needs renovation and a safety check. Safety I mean the electric plug hang up from the wall, the toilet was bot stable when sitting on it.

Gamel, or Bamel the receptionist guy was very helpful, supportive and nice guy. He made everythinh for our pleasant stay. Parking was easy in front of the hotel.

The shower area gets flooded every time and the water takes hours to drain out or dry out, which makes it very hard to use the bathroom, so the private toilet is after all not that useful, we had to wait very long to use the shower. The water pressure was also very weak. All of our blankets had stains somewhere on them, so they were perhaps not washed properly or not washed at all before our arrival. The breakfast timing was said to be 8.30 to 10 but we only had it available at 9.30 onwards, not too much of a problem but just a possibily frustrating miscommunication because we planned to get up early.

I had an unforgettable stay at L Fontaine Campini. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. For the price we paid we have no complaints

Mohamed the manager was exceptional. He fed us, washed our motorbikes for us, took us to shops and made recommendations for our travel and where to eat. Nothing was too much trouble. He was a true host. The property was secure and we were able to leave our fully laden motorbikes outside the front door.
