The pillows are so thin

It’s a classic western style hotel, good if you need a break from the riads :) Basic and functioning, buffet breakfast, with good location.

Parking outside 50DH charged by the hotel guard for three nights, so not exactly free parking.

The hotel was in good shape and the pool area was excellent. Very relaxing.

The staff is friendly, the location is good.

The hotel can be improved easily, just put little fridges in the rooms, the upper floor is very hot cause of the sun hitting the roof all the day, the air-conditioning can't refresh the rooms easily. The worst thng is the bad smell of "sewer" in the swimmingpool area.

The location right next to the train is indispensable for train reservations, the smaller restaurants across the street are great and the television in the rooms are massive.

The water in the shower didn't get very warm / lacked pressure and you basically require a taxi to go anywhere of note in Fes (save the train)

The view was great and the staff were really friendly it's really relaxing you can enjoy the pool and also the location of the hotel was near to everything.

The floor was a bit dirty and there was just two medium towels and also there was no shampoo.

The room is not clean, the sind is blocked, the shower head is broken, the left is not working and it is very old, the level of service is terrible and very bad. The staff does not respect the customer privacy and enter the room using their mater keys without taking any permissions. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and is not worth any single penny.

The hotel had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious with a good variety of local and international options, and the breakfast buffet was especially enjoyable. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing—perfect for cooling off after a warm day in Fès. I also loved the well-kept garden, which added a peaceful, green touch to the surroundings.

Nothing major. A few more sun loungers by the pool would have been appreciated during peak hours.

I didn’t stay because it was the most below standard that l have ever been to and l decided to get another accommodation at that time of the morning

The room was in a below standard for a decent human to stay in. It took nearly 10 minutes before the electricity could come on.
