Good experience

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. From the very first moment, the reception team welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness. Their smiles and attentiveness made us feel truly comfortable, as if we belonged there. My partner and I felt a real sense of belonging, which made our experience even more special. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality. The reception team created such a pleasant first impression and kept the same level of care throughout my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, the rooms are comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of.

Exceptional service at the reception! The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. They made the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. I would definitely give a 10/10 and will surely come back

Close to the railway station

Although we checked-in earlier and went for a walk allowing the hotel more time to prepare the room, by the time we’d returned the room was not properly ready. The room was not cleaned, the linen on the bed was wet, there were no towels ready, bathroom looked like there were still other guests there. Moreover, we wanted to grab some snacks but were told that the bar was closed, the personnel at the reception desk lost our registration forms and had to re-fill them in. Very poor impression from the hotel, unfortunately.

Good location

Arrived slightly before check-in hours. Was left unattended to for too long. The staff did not bother themselves too much to the comfort of their guests.
