Undergoing work to put in new cafe. A bit noisy while work was going on. Showers leaked water onto bathroom floor which got soaked every time we had a shower.

The breakfast food is EXACTLY the same each day - so you'll get bored of it if you stay for more than a couple of days. The aircon in the rooms doesn't work - it was too warm for us (but it was August). Hotel food in Morocco isn't particularly good and is overpriced. But there's no excuse on your part - don't be so lazy! There are lots of nice places to eat nearby - and LOADS up at the medina The pool is lovely in the photos and lovely in reality - but you might not use it as much as you expected as the wind can be tremendous and it can actually get quite cold out there!

The breakfast is all-you-can-eat and is fine. Nothing special but nice enough (however it's the same every day) The rooms are comfortable The best thing about the hotel is all the comfortable lounging areas all around the ground floor and around the pool. These are all very nice places to hang out and read your book The staff are really, really nice and helpful - and speak English The location is good too - near Carrefore (for snacks!) and near the main surfing part of the beach. There is a great bar there next to the surf places with interesting and catchy African music of different sorts each night. Surf places here are cheap and the staff will warn you if it's going to be too windy on a particular day. If you want to go to the medina then it's about 8 dinah in a taxi - but the walk up the beach or up the promenade is lovely. We especially liked this walk when the sun was setting

The room was crawling in ants and daughter was bitten by bugs , we did get moved quickly but the damage was done.

The rooms were dated and notably the bathrooms could use some refurbishment and/or repairs.

The location is ok. The breakfast was good, but could be better, especially the coffee. The parking was included. Wifi was ok. We were a group of 6, sitting in 2 rooms; the hotel was fine for a short stay.

The room was basic and only one shower towel in a double twin room. The shower head option was either low pressure or very high jet stream which was a little odd

The pool was clean and quiet although not very deep. The parking was very easy and the staff nice however we did have to ask twice for a second shower towel for our room. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok but lacking choice, coffee was from a cheap machine and did not taste great

The food was great, other than there was no fruit at breakfast.

Its was lovely & clean, staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. The pool was beautiful & well maintained & the sun beds well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel.

it is advisable not to book through booking.com. you can directly walk in or else call hotel directly.

Stay was good , but stayed for only 4 nights out of 6 nights booked. Booking.com not reversed the balance amount which was paid in advance. booking.com response is worst.

Breakfast choice could be better, Food was cold that I suspect was originally hot, Rooms although clean and tidy are a little bit in need of refreshment

Pool area and garden were beautiful and quiet and very clean at all times, Staff were very professional and helpful, Gateman/security went above and beyond to help. Room was very tidy and clean, Very nice of them to allow us to check out later than required, Great location for beachfront and town, Carefour on doorstep is very handy.

I liked the stuff and the place so much they are nice and they answer every request, the pool was cleaan and empty and the whole property gives the feeling of peace. But there was only one thing that i wish if they can minimize the amount of chlore used in the pool but other than that everything was good and definitely not going to be the last time. You made my stay in essaouira good m.
