Hotel should have better routines for cleaning and hygiene!

I opted for a street facing room, was unaware that people set up markets outside that go on for the night. Not really the hotels fault tho. Water in the shower/sink was either freezing cold or boiling hot (literally boiling) and not matter what you did it didn’t change.

Really good location. Only 2km away from the new city and dead centre of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially one of the cleaning ladies, I didn’t get her name but she was great.

Not clean , bathroom destroyed , black insiede shower , soap broken, bottom for wc broken , difficult to press and let clean wc. , lavabo tube water broken and they said" ok tommorow we will fix" , spent the night with water in the room and we used towels . Bed dirty and floor also . They didnt want to let us pay by card , only cash . 5€ to print paper boarding pass r for airport

Staff friendly, incredibly central location. This is a budget accommodation so don’t expect anything luxury. For just a place to rest at night it more than suffices. Incredible value for money - very cheap£

The housekeeper done a very good job cleaning the room, they changed the sheets. The sheets were washed but there was permanent stains that could not be removed and cigarettes burns. The handwah bottle was broken, as well as the toilet brush. The shower door didn’t fully close causing water to go on floor. The shower plug prevented the water from going in plug hole quickly.

Great location, staff were all so helpful. The receptionist and cleaners were very good. The cleaning staff did a great job.

Staff barely speaks English so we got lost in translation a lot, they wanted to keep my passport so I found that odd. Room were small but I wasn't looking for anything too fancy but the bathroom was dirty on the walls.

We had to request more toilet paper and towels from the staff at the front desk which they were happy to offer, but a bit annoying that we had to ask. There was no hot water coming from the shower, only cold, although there was hot water coming from the sink. The bedside lights were not working but we didn’t mind much. Overall, the only major downside was the cold water from the shower, but we didn’t end up asking about it.

I liked the location. It was close to Jema el fna, khoutbia mosque and restaurants etc. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were quite friendly too. We were offered a balcony room which we were happy with. Also the air conditioning was working and was a life saver whilst staying in Marrakesh. The TV was also working.

It’s very basic. The shower head was rusty. The shower had mould all around the sides and doors. There was no toilet flusher, so we had to use a spoon to flush the toilet. Some of the switches were hanging off the wall. The bedding was filthy and didn’t get changed the whole time we were there. We wasn’t offered toilet roll top ups during our stay.

I liked how close to everything we were when staying here.

Only the location that's all. Dirty smelly outside Nothing at all made mistake booking a place and not paying directly to booking.com Reception men bit dodgy.

Only location When they said breakfast not included....bit surprised. Paid £20 extra it was booked for £71. Ended paying on sit £89 pounds Bed was very uncomfortable The bidet turning tap was loose. Shower tray exit water drainer was not working properly. The chap at the reception wanted my passport and said he will let me have it after a while. I got bit concerned and requested for imediate return of my passport after waiting in my room for half an hour. The reception staff behaved very strangely. I would never go there again.

the room is basic and small but it was all i needed ,the only thing was the toilet was stuck in-between the sink and shower and really hard to sit down or get to it even with the shower door open , i looked at the lay out and if they moved the toilet to where sink is and sink where toilet is it would work far better .

its right on the main street so if you don't like noise ask for a room at the back .i liked to see all going on so i asked for balcony room .the hotel is less than 50 mts from the heart of every thing .
