I had a lovely experience at this hotel during my stay in Morocco. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel was elegant and well thought-out. The staff were kind and attentive, always available when needed without being overbearing. The service felt genuine, and that really made a difference. All in all, it was a great stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. A place that really makes you feel at ease and welcome.

They told me I cannot bring food feom outside to the hotel, I needed to sign a form which I think is weird. Also the prices and service at the pool is a disaster. They need to improve on this.

SPA limits all hotel guests to only 30 minutes to use their facilities (sauna, steam, jacuzzi). We booked over 20 rooms for our friends and family and hosted a large private dinner at the hotel, and booked many spa treatments. Some flexibility for the spa time limit should have been given.

The hotel is clean and modern. The facilities are solid, well set up for families and groups of friends. There’s plenty of space to spend time together. The pool is social with a live DJ and drinks. The hammam treatment in the spa was amazing – worth making time for.

It is a new modern hotel. The facilities and pools were great. One of the standout features was the breakfast – a huge selection with savoury and sweets with live stations. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to help us organise a private wedding welcome dinner on their terrace at sunset (Nawfel & Hind). The setting was stunning, and the team made it feel so special – from the endless amounts of amazing food and drinks, to the flawless service and warm hospitality. It was the perfect start to our celebrations and something we will always remember.

The service was very slow. sometimes it would take an hour for our drinks to arrive at the pool. There is only one pool bar with only one barman. The staff clearly tried their best but as the hotel got busier, the service got slower. The food was very overpriced for what we were served. A better system needs to be organised in terms of paying for food and drinks by the pool as sometimes we were overcharged or charged twice. Maybe better to charge as soon as the drinks arrive to avoid confusion.

Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food, hot and cold. The food in the Morroccon restaurant was also really nice. The separation between the kids and adult section was good. The rooms were a decent size with a beautiful view of the sea (booked specifically sea view room), and very large balcony. The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and kind, Nasim was our favourite! He was super accommodating, funny, and friendly.

One small improvement: hangers for towels would be more practical if placed near the sink.

The food was exceptional. While prices are on the higher side for lunch or dinner, the quality makes it well worth it. The hotel offers a calm and secure atmosphere, with friendly, attentive staff and impeccable cleanliness throughout. Most impressive were the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean from both our room and across the hotel.

That the hotel is always sold out 😀 we could not extend our stay.

Great staff, Osama (guest relation manager), Sahar and Wisam at receiption, Nizzar and Sarah at the terrace and finally Omymah and Mohammed at breakfast. All go out of their way to please customers. Also the gents handling luggage were very helpful; Thank you all so much for a memorable vacation. Breakfast was superb with lots of verity.

The pool playlist… sounds trivial, but when a pool playlist is around 30 minutes and has lyrics in it, it can get pretty repetitive. Nizar was extremely accommodating and managed to put some more relaxing, neutral music on instead.

New, amazing central interior area, staff super friendly and helpful, the adult pool area being separate from the family pool area, the landscaping was well thought out, the breakfast buffet was world class 6*, our room was luxurious, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, never stayed anywhere so luxurious.

The price is relatively high compared to Europe. There is not much around the hotel so you will need a car to go to restaurants and shops.

The exit to the beach is a bit confusing, we ended up cancelling the idea. Overpriced restaurants No bathtubs 🤷🏻‍♀️( one of my main requirements in any hotel)
