I think there may have been some miscommunication around surfboard and wetsuit hire. We had thought from our conversation with Hamza that it was included, but because there wasn’t a wetsuit at the property for my partner, we had to pay 300 for a wetsuit at the nearby surf store. However, at the end Hamza charged both of us for wetsuit and board hire. It meant we paid 900 in total for three days for wetsuit and board hire, rather than 600. Better communication from the outset would have left us with a better impression. Of course we don’t mind paying for wetsuit and board hire but it was the miscommunication that meant we paid more than we needed to unfortunately. The main double bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, and it was quite hot at night in that bedroom.

The property has amazing views of the beach and swell - right on the beach - so awesome! The accommodation has everything you need. The breakfast each morning was great. Overall it was very good value for money and I would recommend my family and friends stay there.

This is the perfect hotel to stay at. The views are amazing and you have instant access to the beach and it is close by to all the restaurants. I absolutely loved it. Hamza, Zainab and Samira are wonderful, kind and helpful staff. And it is brilliant to be able to walk to the beach every morning and surf out the front. I highly recommend this place.

We loved it all!! So good to be able to check the surf all day while waiting for tides and Hamza is such a gentle and kind man. I hope to return next year and wouldnt stay amywhere else in town.

As other reviewers have noted, there is fairly steady music from the nearby restaurants through the day and evening, it's not too disruptive if you have the door closed. Village dogs were loud on occasaion but we enjoyed them. It does get dusty when the winds come up. The overall town is still shaken from recent demolitions. There were a couple of jetskis driving dangerously through the lineup one day, I hope the local authorities sort that out. None of this is really to do with the property and more about the general conditions at Imsouane to be aware of, if you're after something more slick you might want to go to a larger town.

Excellent stay, our apartment had a truly epic view of the bay and the waves. It was summer so the surf was small but we were mostly here for a relaxing holiday and it delivered. Longboarders would be very happy with the wave out the front and it might be the best learn to surf break I've seen, I did better over on the beachbreak with a little more size and only a short walk away also. We appreciated the full kitchen, and you're a short walk to the fishing village where you can get fresh seafood and other supplies. Very comfortable bed. Hamza was exceptionally helpful and helped us out with directions, rentals, and advice. Breakfast was great. Excellent value, would happily return.

The location couldn’t be more perfect if your looking for a fun longboard wave right out your back door. Board rentals, restaurants and a few bodega style markets all within walking distance. Sad to know that some of the businesses had been destroyed right before I arrived 🙁 Hamza was an exceptional host, kind, always around if you need anything and super helpful with my questions as it was my first visit to Imsouane. As a solo female traveler the Imsouane area is safe, relaxing, has such a great vibe and Imsouane Surf Paradise was the perfect place to take it all in. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back to surf that lovely wave.

Next to the hotel is one of the last cafes left in the city, so it can be a little loud during the day and evening. Unfortunately, the town was torn down in large parts recently, so there is limited options in food.

Exceptional location to surf, you only have to walk 20 meters down to the Bay surfing beach. Hamza was an incredible host and the breakfast was very good and varied daily. You can rent boards and wetsuits directly at the location.

The whole place was just perfect for us. The location is absolutely incredible, you are right on the beach front. Hamza was kind and the most friendly host. He is willing to help you with anything you need. He waited up late for us when we arrived later than expected. The style of the property is gorgeous. The bed is comfy, we just loved it.
