Location was perfect fa wedding we were attending. Peaceful surroundings, excellent staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure you enjoyed your stay. Food was excellent.

- At times the wifi/service was quite slow which was mostly only in the evenings (didn't bother us much) - It would be better if you could provide a mini bar in the rooms so we can store cold drinks and preserve our food.

What can I say? We had the most unforgettable trip in Marrakech thanks to Jnan Lotf and staff! We wanted somewhere that was away from the busy town centre, but we still had easy access via taxis. There is a beautiful farm around the villa with lots of fruit trees, vegetation, farm animals such as goats, chicken and even a horse. Thanks to Michael for giving us a tour, we even got to spend time with the animals and do a cooking lesson using the crops from the garden! We booked the King Suite with spa bath and the room was nice and spacious. We loved using the bath and it even has a jacuzzi setting. The pool was lovely and large, lots of guests come to just use the pool too. Breakfast was included with the booking, which we looked forward to every morning! The villa gives you the option to have lunch or dinner at their restaurant and the most amazing thing is most of the ingredients they use is local from their very own farm, I even saw some staff picking herbs and vegetables to be used at the kitchen. Overall, we had an exceptional experience at Jnan Lotf and it was definitely the best value for money we got from booking any villa/hotel. They even remembered my partner's birthday and greeted him with a birthday cake in the morning. We loved experiencing this side of Marrakech and felt truly special with the service they provided us with and we'd love to come back with family and friends. Lovely, peaceful location. Our room was large and the bed so comfy (King suite) Mustafa and Ahmed look after you very well and Majid the taxi driver. We booked a private trip with Mustafa's help to Ourika and the waterfalls. You will need extra money for taxi's to Marrakech unless you hire a car.. The pool and gardens are very nice and they grow their own produce to use in the kitchen. There are lots of friendly cats :)

Nothing- everything was just perfect.

We loved everything!!! 😍 Really exceeded expectations. I can't say enough how beautiful this place is. We were treated like king & queen from arrival to leaving, Mustafa was amazing and could not do enough for us. The hotel is really lovely, the room was amazing and huge with a view of the pool, comfy bed, and 3 balconies on different sides of the sun. Heating & air con, and huge jacuzzi bath. Pool is just awesome, lots of daybeds and loungers and you can just hear the sound of birds singing. Just a really peaceful retreat with views of the mountains. We really wanted to stay longer. Food in the restaurant was lovely and good value, huge breakfast and great drinks. They organised a good airport transfer, also helped with anything we needed - big shout-out to Mustafa. Definitely 100% recommend this place to make an amazing trip to Marrakech.

Internet/TV issues

If you happen to be looking for a place to enjoy the sound of nature, either in a good company or by your own self; you shall definitely be staying Jnan Lotf. The food, the extreme kindness of the staff, the spacious cozy yet particular rooms, the birds that are perfectly drumbeating your day through the finest melodies; All of it was splendidly offered during the stay. As Mustapha said when we arrived: “here, you can hear your bones cracking” as in reference to the peaceful , quiet aspect of the place. NOTE: We extended our stay by one night, because we simply couldn’t get enough from that astonishing, calm, relaxing environment. Thank you for enabling this experience and making it an nice mini break. Special thanks to the warm staff (Mustapha, Ahmed, and the adorable lady whom I forgot the name).

Welcoming, no soap, no fresh towels every day. Otherwise, everything was to our complete contentment !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food: Breakfast was moderate, but very good. You got a fresh bread basket every morning with all kinds of fruit. You also get omelettes and fresh orange juice. I found the Moroccan tea to be a highlight. It was also great that there was no time limit. Staff: When we arrived at the accommodation there was first of all no one to see. We felt a little lost at the beginning. I would have liked a better welcoming at this point. But this impression was quickly forgotten, because then we met Mustafa. He is just so friendly, helpful and nice. Especially towards me as a woman he behaved very respectfully and I felt taken seriously. He treated us like family overall. Staff like that is the heart of any hotel! The hotel: Beautiful green area. Modern pool. Great room with jacuzzi. I can recommend it. I would have liked fresh towels and hand soap daily. Apart from that super suite. Location: Very quiet location. About 16 km away from Marrakesh. But still went almost every day to Marrakesh. It was a great mix of idyll and city. If you need tips for the city just ask Mustafa. He knows the best places and restaurants. Animals: Besides the little cats and a dear old dog named Harroosh, we also met a releasing turtle at the pool. That was very nice. Also many great tropical birds. Ich würde das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen! PS: Mustafa is the best man in Morocco!!!

The house didn’t have enough cutlery plates and glasses for all the people staying. Had we asked I am sure it would have been provided.

Unfortunately the rooms I stayed in did not have warm temperature, the machine was faulty that worked the temperature so room was cold.

It was raining one night and the roof was leaking. The water was dripping into beds so we had to move them. The water was coming down the walls and onto the floor. One toilet was not flushing periodically. We asked how much we should expect to pay from Marrakesh to the resort . We were told 300. They organising drivers for you if you ask for 250 - so nice of the resort we thought. Nope - you can easily get the taxi for 150. We got scammed like this number of times till we realised… We had 2 glasses in the bungalow for family of 4.

Beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. We loved the swimming pool, animals and amazing flowers. Wonderful place to relax and have a wonderful time.

The room is nice but needs a renovation I appreciate the hammam style but the furniture are old and needs a door to separate the toilet to the rest of the room
