Ousmanne was amazing and a real credit to the place. He was always on hand to help. The check-in process was smooth. Rooms were great. Quiet area about 30 min drive to centre. It was in the middle of nowhere to be fair but that is what we wanted. With a beautiful view of the atlas mountains.

The preparation for food, in terms of having a proper menu and such would have been better but the food was okay.

What a paradise! Everything was perfect, especially the staff that works here, they are so kind and personal and friendly and sweet! Very special and delightful people. The location is breathtaking and peaceful, and the room was spotless and super comfortable. By far the best place I have stayed in the whole country, I wish I could give a score higher than a 10.

Very nice and quiet as we wanted.

Everything went well. Just little bit far from center but we wanted to be in a quiet place so it worked for us.

This was an amazing location, set in the middle of no where. You can see land for miles around, very quiet and natural setting. I would recommend this for couples who want to relax. The host was very accommodating and provided some great knowledge about Morocco. We arrived quite late on day we missed dinner but we asked if there was any food, the host brought us some soup, bread and chicken sandwich for us to eat which was much appreciated. The breakfast was great on the first day there was a spread of all different types to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the fresh honey and Moroccan bread. There were many birds on how including geese, chickens, budgies, cockatiels this was really good and I am sure my kids would have liked it. There were also some tree seats, swings and football around the place which added to the natural atmosphere. We requested outdoor tea a few times and this was a great relaxing experience drinking Moroccan tea in the natural, quiet surroundings. This was a truly amazing place that has a lot to offer for this wanting a quiet holiday.

The swimming pools were not heated, it would be nice if the pools had some heating (Morocco has a lot of sun so perhaps some solar heaters), there were a unbelievable amount of wasps when the honey/jam was served (closing the restaurant doors/windows would prevent them from coming in or maybe providing the wasps with a small dish of food divert to them from the restaurant).

The staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. They organized a transfer for us and made breakfast at 5 in the morning, since we left very early. The property was spacious and quiet and had a washing machine and other amenities. There is a nice and cozy yard.

There was pee on the toilet, some ants entering from outside through a hole and we discovered spots on bed sheets. The area is remote and rather inaccessible.

Everything was gorgeous, the property, the room, the swimming pool, the restaurant, the location, the stuff. The tricky thing was driving the last few miles… the road is unpaved in the middle of nowhere and the GPS is telling: prepare to park and walk to the property… at this point you don’t see the property… but driving for another 100 m there is the gate and as soon as you enter you feel at home… a oasis in the middle of the Berber country. We got there late , very late, the restaurant it was closed and the cook ready to go home , but he turned around and found ( his words) a little bit of couscous, just a little… it was enough for both of us , this is the service you get at that property . Too bad I couldn’t book another night. Our room is the only room at the second floor ( the presidential suite) 🤣 overlooking the swimming pool the garden and the mountains… a million dollars view!

    Too quite ?! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 just a joke

It was very quiet, clean and well maintained, the staff were very welcoming as well as the owner who’s a very polite man. i got offered a free lunch and a bouquet of flowers upon my arrival, and the food was so delicious as it’s all organic and harvested from the farm there. The perfect location to detox from the stress and city noises.
