Nothing! It was delightful.

It’s a set breakfast - no specific order. It was delicious! It was a mix of pastries, smoothie, pancakes and other delicious treats. I’d often find myself asleep beside the pool with a book in hand, drifting off to the sound of birds and insects. The chef is brilliant - we had the couscous and a few items from the ‘snacking’ menu - we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food! The rooms are wonderful and spacious! Clean with very comfortable beds. The hotel is well constructed - you often feel like you’re the only guests at the hotel! The manager was particularly friendly and really ensured we had a smooth stay! I can’t wait to come back with my mother :) thank you team!

We had an exceptional stay! We were lucky to be given the beautiful Blue Suite, which was even more stunning than in the photos spacious, elegant, and with an amazing view. The staff was incredibly dynamic, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Mrs Kaoutar, who welcomed us so warmly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. Everything was perfect!

I absolutely love this place. It’s my second time and it’s such a peaceful paradise. It’s very laid back and the staff are super chilled. Waking up to the sound of the birds on the morning is sublime.

Bedrooms could do with some refurbishment. Broken toilet handle, curtain partly off rail etc. Little or no understanding of need for a gluten free food.

The unique setting of the Kasbah Hotel against the side of the Atlas Foothills with far reaching views. The authentic decor. Attentive staff, long interesting chats with Esham about traditional Bereber life. Very comfortable huge bed.

Great hotel in a very quiet environment. The staff was very kind and helpful; they were always there to help or to just have a friendly conversation. The room was very big, which was nice, but also the terrace and the area around the swimmingpool are great to sit and relax. The location is not to far from Marrakech and from the hotel you have options to visit other places in the area (transportation is required). We also booked a hammam treatment at the spa, which was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was also very good. We really enjoyed our stay Kasbah Agounsane!

It was a long walk to town

The images on booking.com for a superior suite didn’t match the suite we were given. I think they should amend the images they use. The second suite was much better and more like what we’d expected.

The views from the property were great. We booked a superior suite and the suite we got didn’t match our expectations however due to a problem with the water, we received keys to a much nicer suite. The proximity to the mountains is great. We saw more stars than we’d ever seen so the views are unmatched.

I've been told that flower surprise for my gf birthday wasn't possible. When we arrived at the room there were rose petals and candles in the floor and it was all pretty but our receptionist simply switched on the lights and walk in the room and us behind him... A bit of finesse and attention to details was missing.

If I was going to nitpick, I just wish the pool was heated but that really is it.

Wonderful location with amazing views over the plain of Marrakech. A very relaxing place to stay with friendly staff who make your stay just that little bit better. As a vegan I found the food to be excellent. A limited choice but it was quality over quantity all the way. The vegetable tagine was one of the best I have had in my many stays in Morocco. The salads were exceptional, whether it was the Marocain, Assortement or the Quinoa, absolutely top quality. We stayed in one of the deluxe suites and it was a large and comfortable room..

Nothing at all

We had a wonderful stay on Christmas night. This is a really lovely hotel with beautiful views and relaxing pool and terrace areas. The whole hotel is very comfortable and spacious, including the bedrooms. The staff looked after us exceptionally well, especially Hicham and Tarik. The meals were delicious, thanks also to Salah and Karim. We just wish we could have stayed longer than one night! It was a fantastic place to relax after the bustle of the city. Highly recommend!

Really nothing!!

Every single details ! The view is incredible, the place is peaceful, the food was amazing and the service was perfect. The staff, Salah Eddine Tarik Abdou and all, were so professional and very friendly and tried to make us feel like home. A big shout out to Salah Eddine who upgraded my parents suite to a more accessible and spacious one, this was so warm to my heart :) We enjoyed the pool and the stay in the reception which was so cozy with a fireplace in the evening. Thanks again to all the staff who made this stay so special
