Not a soap bar in the bathroom, the carpet was dirty, the fridge was unplugged (the room wasn't really prepared for us), the baby bed we requested when I booked wasn't installed and the TV never worked despite having them come and check it

We loved the location and the outdoor areas of the property. It is very charming, typical and cosy. The food was good but nothing exceptional, it was actually pretty basic for the price we paid. The view from the room was exceptional, the outdoor area of the restaurant was also very charming. The pool was appreciated as the weather hit 40° celcius

The Wi-Fi only worked in the public rooms but there was no heating. The heater in the bedroom only just took the chill off the cold night.

Beautiful people. Very attentive staff. Beautiful hotel. Beautiful location. Comfortable bed with plenty of warm bedding. Super restaurant and great breakfast. Secure parking for the motorcycle. Very peaceful.

It was a little dated and dusty, but we went out of season so it was very quiet.

This hotel was so much fun - the decor is brilliant! If you want amazing chintz this is the place! The staff were lovely and so helpful.

I was welcomed by a very friendly staff (and three friendly dogs) to a very nice kasbah. They were very proactive and I was offered a great room with a beautiful view over the valley. Later they put on a sumptuous meal both for dinner and breakfast. But the apex of the service was the next morning when my rental car had a flat tire. The receptionist, with whom I communicated through singe words and signs since I don’t speak French, took me to a tyre shop and helped me getting it fixed. That is service beyond and above!

Everything! Group of 6 on motorbikes. Very Secure parking. Food was amazing and hotel is beautiful. Too cold in November to sit outside or go in the pool but we will be back.

The shower had no water pressure but I guess we can't expect to much when you are in a tiny village in the mountains.

This spectacular property is sadly very run down. The rooms were musty, cluttered with too much old furniture. There was a very tired fridge and the cleanliness was poor. The execution of the bathroom, broken tiles, the boiler obstructed the door was not up to a standard that would be expected of such a prestigious property. Maintenance was slapdash with spilled paint on the balcony and splashes on the windows.

The staff were excellent and the food was very good. View over the valley.

I booked this hotel as it seemed to be the best option in the area after a very long day of travelling and in need of sleep. It was fine for one night but offered no wifi, and the beds did not have covers. It was lucky I had a camping car and had my own duvet / covers to keep warm. The rooms themselves are a little tired but adequate . I think they may allow smoking, given the ashtrays inside the room, so they have a faint smell of cigarettes. Fine for night, but I also overpayed due to the MAD conversion, and they only take cash , not by much, but it was not the price I booked via booking.com. I can not comment on food or other facilities as I left early. It seems that many others have a better experience..

The general maintenance, the staff who strongly insist on paying for the nights immediately in cash (even though we had reserved via booking). The credit card machine must not have been working for a very long time. Not very friendly. Dining table not cleaned the next day.

The swimming pool is huge, the view is amazing.

The place is run down, tired and not clean enough. The shower didn't work properly, alternating between freezing and scalding. The bathroom is in dire need of an upgrade and smelt strongly of some kind of chemical. The air con unit didn't work. It started to burn out and the room reeked of burning after so we couldn't use it. We couldn't communicate with the staff who only spoke French. The carpets were covered with hairs. We were in Morocco for a 12 day driving tour, changing hotels every night. This was both the worst and most expensive hotel of our whole trip.

Big rooms with a large balcony, lovely views and a nice pool area. Tasty food.

We had a confirmed booking but when we arrived, after dark, as announced, there was no sign of life at the property. We tried phoning, banging at the door, sounding the car horn but to no avail. We were lucky that at that late hour we could get another accomodation nearby but this was not the way to treat the guests. The facility then kept phoning us, after 11 PM! asking us to come as they were now in and the accomodation was available. They did appologize & offer a free night.

The facility apologized for their mistake & offered us one night free of charge. It did not fit into our plans & we did not use it

Very poor English, the room was full of dog hair and bad smell. They changed the room which was without the carpet, so it was better. The young girl working there was very ignorant. We also didn’t enjoy the breakfast area.
